主动性人格对大学生创业意向的影响:有调节的中介效应

【摘要】：目的:探讨主动性人格对大学生创业意向的影响机制。方法:采用主动性人格问卷、良性竞争态度问卷、就业压力问卷以及创业意向问卷对1021名大学生进行调查。结果:(1)良性竞争态度部分中介了主动性人格与大学生创业意向之间的关系;(2)就业压力调节了主动性人格通过良性竞争态度对大学生创业意向影响的中介过程,在就业压力较少时,主动性人格对良性竞争态度和大学生创业意向的影响显著;在就业压力较多时,主动性人格对良性竞争态度和大学生创业意向影响更显著。结论:主动性人格对大学生创业意向的影响是有调节的中介效应,其中,主动性人格既直接影响大学生创业意向,也通过良性竞争态度影响大学生创业意向,就业压力增强了主动性人格对良性竞争态度和大学生创业意向的影响。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the influence mechanism of active personality on entrepreneurial intention of college students. Methods: 1021 college students were investigated by active personality questionnaire, healthy competitive attitude questionnaire, employment stress questionnaire and entrepreneurial intention questionnaire. Results (1) the positive competitive attitude partly mediates the relationship between the active personality and the entrepreneurial intention of college students. The employment pressure regulates the intermediary process of the positive personality influencing the entrepreneurial intention of the college students through the benign competitive attitude. When the employment pressure is low, the positive personality has a significant influence on the benign competitive attitude and the entrepreneurial intention of college students, while the active personality has more significant influence on the benign competitive attitude and the entrepreneurial intention of the college students when the employment pressure is more. Conclusion: the influence of active personality on the entrepreneurial intention of college students is a mediating effect, among which, the active personality not only directly affects the entrepreneurial intention of college students, but also affects the entrepreneurial intention of college students through a healthy competitive attitude. Employment pressure enhances the influence of active personality on healthy competitive attitude and entrepreneurial intention of college students.
