注射剂中热原在线检测仪及应用

【摘要】:针对实验教学中热原检测周期长、不便于开展实体教学的问题,为了启发大学生创新实践能力,以学生为主体的研发小组研制一种可实现热原在线监控的装置。该装置基于热原的光散射特征,在注射剂生产过程中通过密闭管路与生产线对接,杜绝了检测环境中微粒悬浮物对检测过程的污染,实现了热原快速、在线、无污染检测。该装置的研发充分发挥了学生的潜力与创造性,实现课堂教学效果与实践能力的双提升。
[Abstract]:In order to enlighten college students' innovative practical ability, a device which can realize the on-line monitoring of heat source is developed in order to enlighten college students' innovative practical ability. The device is based on the light scattering characteristics of the pyrogen, through the closed pipeline and production line in the production of injections. The docking has eliminated the pollution of the particulate matter in the testing environment to the detection process, and realized the rapid, on-line and non pollution detection of the pyrogen. The research and development of the device fully exerted the potential and creativity of the students, and realized the double promotion of the teaching effect and the practical ability of the classroom.
