美国教师教育中服务性学习的理论和实践研究

【摘要】：服务性学习自20世纪60年代产生以来,对美国教师教育的发展产生了很大的影响。服务性学习连接了学校课程和社区服务,加强了师范生理论性知识和实践性知识的联系,培养了师范生的社会责任感,促进了社区教育的发展,得到了美国社会的关注与认可。为了总结服务性学习在美国教师教育中开展的成功经验,挖掘其对加强我国师范生教育实践的可借鉴之处,本文在以下几个方面对服务性学习做了相关研究。本文共有五部分。第一部分是绪论,介绍了本研究的选题缘由、理论意义和现实意义,综述了国内外研究的现状,概括了本研究的研究内容,提出了本研究的思路和方法。第二部分介绍了服务性学习的基本理论。首先介绍了服务性学习的内涵、发展脉络和理论基础,然后探讨了服务性学习的教学设计和实施过程,最后介绍了服务性学习的质量指标及特征。第三部分介绍了美国两所高校宾汉顿大学和旧金山州立大学师范生的服务性学习实践模式,概括了美国高校教师教育中服务性学习的实施现状,为把服务性学习引入我国师范生教育实践提供借鉴。第四部分从师范生、教师教育者的角度介绍了服务性学习在教师教育中的价值。第五部分总结了服务性学习在美国教师教育中开展的成功经验,同时结合我国教师教育的发展情况,探讨了美国教师教育中的服务性学习对我国教师教育发展的启示,尤其是对加强我国师范生的实践教学提供的借鉴。
[Abstract]:Service learning has had a great influence on the development of American teacher education since its birth in 1960's. Service learning connects school curriculum and community service, strengthens the relationship between theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge of normal school students, cultivates the sense of social responsibility of normal school students, promotes the development of community education, and gets the attention and recognition of American society. In order to sum up the successful experience of service learning in American teacher education and explore its reference for strengthening the educational practice of normal students in our country, this paper makes some relevant research on service learning in the following aspects. There are five parts in this paper. The first part is an introduction, which introduces the reason, theoretical and practical significance of this research, summarizes the current situation of domestic and foreign research, summarizes the research content, and puts forward the ideas and methods of this study. The second part introduces the basic theory of service learning. This paper first introduces the connotation, development and theoretical basis of service learning, then discusses the teaching design and implementation process of service learning, and finally introduces the quality index and characteristics of service learning. The third part introduces the practice mode of service learning for the students of Binghamton University and San Francisco State University, and summarizes the actualization of service learning in the teacher education of American colleges and universities. To provide reference for the introduction of service learning into the educational practice of normal students in China. The fourth part introduces the value of service learning in teacher education from the point of view of normal students and teachers educators. The fifth part summarizes the successful experience of service learning in American teacher education, and at the same time, discusses the enlightenment of service learning in American teacher education to the development of teacher education in our country, combined with the development of teacher education in our country. In particular, to strengthen the practice of normal students in China to provide reference.
