职技高师院校本科专业分流培养模式及其实现途径研究

【摘要】：职技高师院校在承担职教师资培养任务的同时,不断地探索着职教师资培养和应用性人才培养并重的人才培养模式改革。尝试从职技高师院校人才培养模式改革面临的困境出发,基于职技高师院校办学定位和人才培养目标的再思考,将职教师资培养融入应用性人才培养,构建了职技高师院校本科专业分流培养模式,以分流培养模式下的课程体系进行了设计,提出了分流培养实现途径和措施。
[Abstract]:While undertaking the task of vocational education teacher training, vocational and technical normal colleges and universities are constantly exploring the reform of the talent training mode, which pays equal attention to vocational education teacher training and applied talent training. This paper tries to start from the dilemma of the reform of talent training mode in vocational and technical normal colleges, and based on the rethinking of the orientation of running a school and the goal of talent training in vocational and technical normal colleges, this paper attempts to integrate the training of vocational education teachers into the cultivation of applied talents. This paper constructs the training mode of the undergraduate specialty in vocational and technical normal colleges, designs the curriculum system under the pattern of the split training, and puts forward the ways and measures to realize the split training.
