推进普通高校公共艺术教育的对策研究

【摘要】：普通高校的公共艺术教育是高校教学的重要构成要素之一,也是促进大学生全面发展的一条重要途径。在高校开展公共艺术教育,是实施审美教育的重要途径、是落实立德树人的重要环节、是培养创新能力的重要方式、是促进学生身心健康的重要手段。高校公共艺术教育对人才的素质培养起着其他学科所不可替代的作用,具有独特的价值与重要的意义。然而在我国高校中,公共艺术教育并未得到足够的重视,甚至存在一些问题,诸如课程结构缺乏综合性、课程设置缺乏系统性,课程内容流于形式,师资队伍建设力量不均衡,结构不合理,课程评价机制不健全等,这些问题已经阻碍了公共艺术教育的健康发展(1)。本论文以“人格本位”论、多元智能理论、以学科为基础的艺术教育(DBAE)理论为基础,以我国三所高校为研究对象,通过实地调研、问卷调查及数据分析,探寻普通高校公共艺术教育所存在的问题和制约因素,借鉴与吸纳发达国家高校的艺术教育的先进理念和经验,研究提出了推进我国高校公共艺术教育的主要对策,通过建立健全管理机构、优化课程目标、构建“金字塔式”课程结构、制定分层次的教学策略等措施,突出了公共艺术教育的综合化与层次性,对促进我国高等教育水平的提高具有一定理论意义和实际价值。
[Abstract]:The public art education in colleges and universities is one of the important elements of teaching in colleges and universities, and also an important way to promote the all-round development of college students. To carry out public art education in colleges and universities is an important way to carry out aesthetic education, an important link in carrying out moral education, an important way to cultivate innovative ability, and an important means to promote students' physical and mental health. Public art education in colleges and universities plays an irreplaceable role in the quality training of talents and has unique value and important significance. However, in colleges and universities in our country, public art education has not been paid enough attention to, and there are even some problems, such as the lack of comprehensive curriculum structure, the lack of systematization of curriculum setup, the mere formality of curriculum content, and the imbalance of the construction of teachers. These problems have hindered the healthy development of public art education. This thesis is based on the theory of "personality standard", the theory of multiple intelligences, the theory of art education based on discipline and the theory of DBAE, and takes three universities in our country as the research object, through field investigation, questionnaire investigation and data analysis. This paper explores the existing problems and restrictive factors of public art education in colleges and universities, draws lessons from the advanced ideas and experiences of universities and colleges in developed countries, and puts forward the main countermeasures to promote the public art education in colleges and universities in China. By establishing and perfecting the management organization, optimizing the curriculum target, constructing the "pyramid" curriculum structure, and formulating the teaching strategy of different levels, the comprehensive and hierarchical nature of public art education is highlighted. It has certain theoretical significance and practical value to promote the improvement of higher education level in our country.
