论大学文化建设中的思想政治教育

【摘要】： 本文将大学文化建设放至经济全球化的时代背景中，分析了中国正面临着“文化安全”和“人才安全”的严重危机。笔者认为，大学文化是社会先进文化的重要组成部分，始终处于社会文化的前沿，是维护国家“文化安全”和“人才安全”的重要屏障。思想政治教育是中国共产党的优良传统和政治优势，是中国共产党在新民主主义革命和社会主义建设过程中完成各项工作的“生命线”，是促进人的全面发展的重要手段，也是促进大学文化建设的重要途径。无论过去、今天和将来，，其战略地位和重要作用都是无可替代的。因此，如何强化思想政治教育，促进大学文化建设以应对国家的“人才安全”和“文化安全”问题成为新时期大学思想政治教育所面临的一项重大而紧迫的战略任务。文中对大学文化建设中的思想政治教育的重要功能、思想政治教育所面临的复杂的文化环境以及思想政治教育与大学文化建设之间的关系作了比较深入的探讨，并从强化思想政治教育的功能、深化思想政治教育的人文内涵和改革思想政治教育的方法等三个方面阐述了通过加强思想政治教育改革促进大学文化建设的途径。
[Abstract]:This paper puts the construction of university culture into the background of economic globalization, and analyzes that China is facing a serious crisis of "cultural security" and "talent security". The author believes that the university culture is an important part of the advanced culture of the society, always in the forefront of the social culture, and an important barrier to the maintenance of national "cultural security" and "talent security". Ideological and political education is the fine tradition and political advantage of the Communist Party of China, the "lifeline" of the Communist Party of China to complete all kinds of work in the course of the new democratic revolution and socialist construction, and the important means to promote the all-round development of human beings. It is also an important way to promote the construction of university culture. Regardless of past, present and future, its strategic position and important role are irreplaceable. Therefore, how to strengthen ideological and political education and promote the construction of university culture to deal with the national "talent security" and "cultural security" has become a major and urgent strategic task facing the ideological and political education of universities in the new period. This paper probes into the important function of ideological and political education in the construction of university culture, the complex cultural environment faced by ideological and political education, and the relationship between ideological and political education and university cultural construction. From three aspects of strengthening the function of ideological and political education, deepening the humanistic connotation of ideological and political education and reforming the methods of ideological and political education, this paper expounds the ways to promote the construction of university culture through strengthening the reform of ideological and political education.
