“双一流”背景下大学师资队伍建设路径研究

【摘要】：建成一批世界一流大学和一流学科已成为今后一段时期我国高等教育发展与改革的重点任务。从世界大学排名的视角,通过对"双一流"建设与高校师资队伍建设关系的分析,阐释了师资队伍建设在"双一流"建设过程中的重要作用。在此基础上,通过与世界一流大学师资队伍建设的对比分析,在"双一流"建设的背景下,提出我国高校师资队伍建设实践的创新建议。
[Abstract]:It has become a key task for the development and reform of higher education in China to build a group of world-class universities and disciplines in the future. From the perspective of the ranking of world universities, this paper analyzes the relationship between the construction of "double first-class" and the construction of teaching staff in colleges and universities, and expounds the important role of the construction of "double first-class" in the process of construction of "double first-class". On this basis, through the comparative analysis with the construction of the world first-class university teachers, under the background of "double first-class" construction, this paper puts forward some innovative suggestions on the practice of the construction of the teaching staff in our country's colleges and universities.
