上海海洋大学小微文化企业创业指导及对策研究

【摘要】：小微文化企业,在促进大学生就业,鼓励大学生科技创新、满足大学生群众精神文化生活需求等方面发挥着重要作用。由于其所具有深厚文化科技力量,高校在孵化小微文化企业时具有特别的优势。因此,探索高校在孕育与孵化文化创新类企业方面的道路与方法则有着特别重要的意义。本文通过研究上海海洋大学的创业孵化与小微文化企业的发展,为当下中国高校创业孵化,特别是小微文化企业的发展提出一条可供借鉴的道路。通过本文的研究,我们发现之前对于创业企业,特别是小微文化企业的扶持大多停留在政策引导和对于发展项目的奖励上面,而忽视了创业者本身在创业行为中的巨大作用。本文认为,借助高校独特的育人优势,对于创业行文的激励与扶持机制应当从以项目为主,转向以人为导向,学生工作与创业教育在创业中所应当在创业行为中发挥更为重要的作用。本文采取文献研究和实证研究相结合的办法,分为7个章节。本文的绪论和政策分析部分主要是基于文献的考察。而第三章对于上海海洋大学创业孵化机制的研究,则是立足于文献,结合案例的分析研究。第四第五章,则是完全的立足于问卷、访谈和案例的实证研究。第六章针对问题提出构建上海海洋大学小微文化企业创业指导综合体系的对策建议,最后一章结论,则是对于全文观点的回顾,并根据文章观点提出了几点相关的政策建议。
[Abstract]:Small and micro-cultural enterprises play an important role in promoting college students' employment, encouraging them to innovate in science and technology, and meeting the spiritual and cultural needs of college students. Because of its profound cultural and technological power, colleges and universities have special advantages in incubating small and micro-cultural enterprises. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the ways and methods of cultivating and incubating cultural innovation enterprises in colleges and universities. By studying the development of small and micro enterprises in Shanghai Ocean University, this paper puts forward a way for the development of Chinese universities and colleges, especially the development of small and micro cultural enterprises. Through the research in this paper, we find that the support for entrepreneurial enterprises, especially small and micro enterprises, mostly stay on policy guidance and incentives for development projects, but ignore the huge role of entrepreneurs in entrepreneurial behavior. This paper holds that, with the help of the unique educational advantages of colleges and universities, the incentive and support mechanism for entrepreneurial writing should be changed from project-based to people-oriented. Student work and entrepreneurship education should play a more important role in entrepreneurial behavior. This paper adopts the method of combining literature research and empirical research, which is divided into seven chapters. The introduction and policy analysis of this paper are mainly based on literature review. The third chapter is based on literature and case study. The fourth and fifth chapter is based on questionnaires, interviews and case studies. In the sixth chapter, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to construct the comprehensive guidance system for the small and micro cultural enterprises of Shanghai Ocean University. The last chapter is a review of the views of the full text, and puts forward some relevant policy suggestions according to the views of the article.
