法国巴黎高等师范学校课程特色研究及其启示

【摘要】：高等职前教师教育是教师教育的初始阶段,承担着培养基础教育师资的重要任务,对基础教育师资水平起重要作用。法国巴黎高等师范学校是世界高等职前教师教育的典范,其以极小的规模和极高的培养质量著称于世。在高等教育全球化的浪潮下,巴黎高师仍然坚持葆有自身特色,凭借其独特的人才培养模式屹立于世界高等教育之林。本论文首先结合法国高等教育现状,系统分析了巴黎高师的发展历程。巴黎高师历经草创时期、定局时期、调整时期三个阶段;其培养目标从培养能够传授共和思想和合格公民的教师变成了培养科研人员、中高等教育师资以及其他社会精英。其次结合法国高等教育的双轨制特色,本论文梳理了巴黎高师的学校特色。除了具有大学校的普遍特色——培养通专兼备的人才之外,巴黎高师还具有强调思想和文化的融合、推崇跨学科的培养理念、以研究为本位的价值导向、注重学术与发展自由的管理体制等四大特色。再次,结合巴黎高师的学校特色,本论文比较全面、系统地分析了巴黎高师的课程体系,发现巴黎高师课程体系具有通识课程兼顾广度与深度、教育专业课程突出实践、学科课程基础与前沿有机结合等三大特色。这三大特色充分体现了巴黎高师通专兼备的培养目标、研究本位的价值导向和跨学科的培养理念。最后,结合我国高等职前教师教育课程现状和巴黎高师课程特色,本论文阐述了巴黎高师课程特色对我国高等职前教师教育的启示。主要表现为:(1)扩展通识课程的选修模式,打破学院、学科之间的选课壁垒;(2)以研究促进学科课程和教育理论课程的学习;(3)增加教育实践课程门类和时长,保证学生能够获得有效指导,力求在教育实践中内化教育理论。
[Abstract]:Pre-service teacher education is the initial stage of teacher education, which plays an important role in the training of teachers in basic education and plays an important role in the level of teachers in basic education. Paris normal School in France is the model of the world's senior pre-service teacher education, which is famous for its very small scale and high training quality. Under the tide of globalization of higher education, Paris Teachers College still insists on maintaining its own characteristics and stands in the forest of higher education in the world by virtue of its unique talent training mode. This paper firstly analyzes the development course of Paris higher education in combination with the present situation of higher education in France. The training goal of Paris normal University has changed from cultivating teachers who can impart Republican thought and qualified citizens to cultivating scientific research personnel, teachers of middle and higher education and other social elites. Secondly, combining the dual-track characteristics of French higher education, this paper combs the school characteristics of Paris higher education. In addition to the general characteristics of large schools-the training of both general and specialized personnel, the Paris normal University also emphasizes the integration of ideas and culture, promotes the concept of interdisciplinary training, and takes research as the value orientation. Emphasis on academic and development of free management system and other four characteristics. Thirdly, combined with the school characteristics of Paris normal University, this paper comprehensively and systematically analyzes the curriculum system of Paris normal University, and finds that the curriculum system of Paris normal University has both the breadth and depth of the general curriculum and the outstanding practice of the educational specialty curriculum. The foundation of the subject course and the front-edge organic combination of such three characteristics. These three characteristics fully embody the training goal of both the general and specialized education in Paris, the value orientation of the research standard and the concept of cross-disciplinary training. Finally, based on the current situation of pre-vocational teacher education in China and the characteristics of Paris normal university curriculum, this paper expounds the enlightenment of the curriculum characteristics of Paris teachers college to the education of pre-vocational teachers in China. The main manifestations are: (1) to expand the elective mode of general education courses, to break the barriers between colleges and disciplines to select courses.) to study and promote the study of subject courses and educational theory courses; and to increase the categories and duration of educational practice courses. To ensure that students can get effective guidance and strive to internalize educational theory in educational practice.
