必要的激励:世界一流大学建设配套政策的理性选择——基于激励契约理论的视角

【摘要】：世界一流大学建设是政府与高校之间的一个契约,政府和高校围绕世界一流大学建设形成了委托代理关系。为更好地履行世界一流大学建设契约,政府需要汲取激励契约理论中的有益思想,在世界一流大学建设配套政策制定,尤其是资金管理和拨款政策上,综合采取多种激励契约形式,有效激励高校和高校校长努力工作。
[Abstract]:The construction of the world-class university is a contract between the government and the university, and the government and the university form the principal-agent relationship around the construction of the world-class university. In order to better fulfill the contract for the construction of world-class universities, the government needs to absorb the beneficial ideas from the theory of incentive contracts and formulate supporting policies for the construction of world-class universities, especially on the management of funds and the allocation of funds. Comprehensive use of a variety of incentive contracts to effectively encourage colleges and universities and university presidents to work hard.
