移动环境下大学生个人信息管理研究——以笔记类App应用为例

【摘要】：[目的/意义]文章旨在探讨移动环境下大学生个人信息管理(PIM)行为,了解移动PIM的特征及其所面临挑战。[方法/过程]以大学生为研究对象,笔记类App为特定PIM工具,Barreau和Boardman的PIM模型为基础,通过访谈法和问卷调查法收集数据。[结果/结论]从获取、组织、检索、维护4个PIM核心行为揭示移动环境下个人信息管理的方式,同时移动PIM具有即时性、临时性、碎片化3个特征,且缺乏统一规范和安全保障以及移动设备固有的缺陷给移动PIM带来了挑战。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to explore the behavior of college students' personal information management (Pimm) in mobile environment, and to understand the characteristics of mobile PIM and the challenges it faces. [method / process] based on the PIM model of App and Boardman, the data were collected by interview and questionnaire. [results / conclusion] four core behaviors of PIM were used to reveal the ways of personal information management in mobile environment, while mobile PIM was characterized by immediacy, temporality and fragmentation. And the lack of uniform specification and security, as well as the inherent defects of mobile devices brings challenges to mobile PIM.
