现代教育理念视域下的高校教学改革研究

【摘要】:在全球一体化的时代背景下,人才的流通和交流已经成为全球性的趋势,对于高学历、高素质人才的培养成为了世界各国教育发展的重要目标。我国高校对于大学生的培养和教育也逐步向国际化、人性化发展。过去我国的高校教学是“应试教育”,即过多的重视大学生对理论知识的学习,对于大学生的教育方式多是“填鸭式”的模式,高校教育理念的本质是唯物主义的教育观。近年来,我国高校大学生学习状况令人堪忧:大学生学习目标不明确,专业选择存在盲目性,学习方法缺乏科学性,缺乏学习兴趣。归根结底是由于高校教学理念的落后、教学方式的刻板和教学内容的单一造成的。在这种情况下,高校必须要进行教学改革。现代教育理念为高校教学改革提供了思路,在理论层面上,现代教育理念改变了传统教育侧重应试教育的特征,突破了经验导向的束缚,内容上更加系统,更具有针对性,被赋予了创新精神、冒险精神、开拓精神和批判精神等思想内涵,显示出了客观、可信的科学特征;另一方面,在操作层面上,现代教育理念在指导教育实践过程中更加成熟,呈现出包容性、可行性、持续性的特点,势必对高校教学起到很好的导向作用。本文共分为六部分。第一部分为绪论,介绍了本文研究的相关背景,通过研究本课题能够产生的意义,并对国内和国外的研究进行了梳理,为本文的研究奠定了良好的基础。第二部分介绍了高校教育改革和现代教育理念的相关理论,明确了高校教育改革的意义,阐述了高校教育改革取得的成就,对现代教育理念视域下进行高校教育改革的必要性进行了分析。第三部分全面的研究了当前我国高校教学改革现状的同时,分析了在高校教学改革中,高校教学现状,从教学内容、教学方法、教学制度三方面进行了探讨,并运用问卷调查法对100名大学生的在校学习情况进行了调查,总结出了当前高校教学改革中,学生学习情况并没有出现理想中的效果。第四部分对我国高校教学改革存在问题及原因进行分析,认为我国高校教学改革中教学内容与方式缺乏因材施教理念的弹性设计、教学体制缺乏以人为本理念的操作性、教学环境缺乏创新性理念,归根究底是传统教学思想与观念阻碍高校教学内容与方法的改革、社会政策与体制因素制约高校教学体制的改革和校内部环境因素导致教学环境改革的瓶颈。第五部分从现代教育理念视域出发提出了对高校教学改革建议,提出了从教学理念改革、教学体制改革和教学环境改革三方面的改革建议。第六部分是对论文整体的总结,指出了论文的研究成果和研究不足,并对未来研究进行了展望。
[Abstract]:Under the background of global integration, the circulation and exchange of talents has become a global trend, and the cultivation of high-quality talents has become an important goal of the development of education all over the world. The cultivation and education of college students in our country are gradually internationalized and humanized. In the past, college teaching in our country was "examination-oriented education", that is, too much attention was paid to the study of theoretical knowledge of college students, and the mode of education for college students was mostly "spoon-feeding", and the essence of the educational concept in colleges and universities was materialistic education concept. In recent years, the study situation of college students in our country is worrying: the study goal of college students is not clear, the choice of major is blind, the learning method is lack of scientific nature and lack of interest in learning. In the final analysis, it is caused by the backwardness of teaching idea, the stereotype of teaching method and the single teaching content. In this case, colleges and universities must carry out teaching reform. The modern educational idea has provided the train of thought for the university teaching reform. On the theoretical level, the modern education idea has changed the traditional education to emphasize the examination-oriented education characteristic, has broken through the experience guidance restraint, the content is more systematic, has the pertinence. It is endowed with innovative spirit, adventurous spirit, pioneering spirit and critical spirit, showing objective and credible scientific characteristics. On the other hand, on the operational level, modern educational concepts are more mature in guiding educational practice. Showing the characteristics of inclusiveness, feasibility and continuity, it is bound to play a good guiding role in college teaching. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, introduces the relevant background of this study, through the study of the significance of this topic can be generated, and domestic and foreign research has been combed, for the study of this paper laid a good foundation. The second part introduces the relevant theories of college education reform and modern education concept, clarifies the significance of university education reform, and expounds the achievements of university education reform. This paper analyzes the necessity of educational reform in colleges and universities from the perspective of modern educational concepts. The third part of the comprehensive study of the current situation of college teaching reform in our country at the same time, analysis of the current situation of college teaching reform, from the teaching content, teaching methods, teaching system three aspects of the discussion. A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the learning situation of 100 college students, and it was concluded that in the current teaching reform of colleges and universities, the students' learning situation did not have the ideal effect. The fourth part analyzes the problems and reasons of teaching reform in colleges and universities in our country, and points out that the content and method of teaching in colleges and universities in our country lack the flexible design of teaching idea according to their aptitude, and the teaching system lacks the maneuverability of people-oriented concept. The lack of innovative ideas in the teaching environment is, in the final analysis, a hindrance to the reform of teaching contents and methods in colleges and universities. The factors of social policy and system restrict the reform of teaching system in colleges and universities and the internal environmental factors lead to the bottleneck of the reform of teaching environment. In the fifth part, the author puts forward some suggestions on the teaching reform in colleges and universities from the perspective of modern educational concept, and puts forward some suggestions on the reform of teaching concept, teaching system and teaching environment from three aspects: the reform of teaching idea, the reform of teaching system and the reform of teaching environment. The sixth part is a summary of the whole paper, pointing out the research results and deficiencies, and prospects for future research.
