巴黎高等师范学校精英师范模式及其启示

【摘要】：本文以法国巴黎高等师范学校为例,介绍了其精英师范办学理念的历史沿革及其发展现状,通过对其教学制度与模式的分析,特别是其"严进严出"的制度、多样化的教学以及学术自由、知识至上的精神,折射出我国目前高等师范教育中的问题,希望从中得到启示并借鉴学习。通过对比研究,建议我国高等师范院校重视办学理念、坚持自身传统;加强教学模式更新,给予师生更大的空间和完善师范生定向培养模式。
[Abstract]:Taking Paris normal School in France as an example, this paper introduces the history and development of the idea of elite normal school, and analyzes its teaching system and mode, especially its system of "strict entry and strict exit". The diversified teaching, academic freedom and the spirit of knowledge first reflect the problems in our country's current higher normal education, and hope to draw inspiration from them and learn from them. Through comparative study, it is suggested that teachers colleges and universities in China attach importance to the idea of running a school, adhere to their own traditions, strengthen the renewal of teaching mode, give teachers and students more space and perfect the pattern of orientation training for normal students.
