贵州省花溪大学城课程资源共享的研究

【摘要】：随着我国高等教育进入大众化的发展阶段,不断增长的教育需求和教育资源短缺的矛盾逐渐加剧,全国各地兴建大学城以缓解矛盾。在此背景下,贵州省花溪大学城于2009年开始建设,截止目前,大学城一期工程已经全部完成。花溪大学城的建设对于加快贵州省高等教育的发展具有重大的战略性意义,不仅表现为扩大高校的办学规模,优化办学条件,更重要的是办学模式的变革。通过大学城内各高校资源共享实现贵州省高等教育内涵式的发展,课程资源共享建设是促进贵州省高等教育内涵式发展的重大举措。花溪大学城课程资源共享自2014年开始开展,至此已有3年的时间,目前花溪大学城课程资源共享的现状怎样,共享取得了怎样的成绩,共享的主要障碍和困境是什么,需要构建怎样的运行机制才能保障课程资源共享的高效运行,这些问题成为本研究的关注焦点。本研究结合对花溪大学城的实证调查和理论分析来解答这些问题,希望对花溪大学城的建设提供借鉴。本研究大致分为七个板块:第一部分是绪论,提出研究问题和研究意义、选定研究方法、界定相关概念以及对国内外研究现状进行文献梳理;第二部分从聚集经济学原理探讨花溪大学城课程资源共享的合理性机制,从无边界高等教育理论视角探讨其可行性机制;第三部分借鉴国内外大学城课程资源共享的经验;第四部分实证调查花溪大学城课程资源共享的现状;第五部分分析花溪大学城课程资源共享的管理缺陷及现实困境;第六部分探索实现花溪大学城课程资源深度共享的发展路径;第七部分是结论。
[Abstract]:With the development of the popularization of higher education in our country, the contradiction between the increasing educational demand and the shortage of educational resources is becoming more and more serious. In order to alleviate the contradiction, universities are built all over the country. In this context, the construction of Huaxi University Town in Guizhou Province began in 2009. Up to now, the first phase of the university town project has been completed. The construction of Huaxi University Town is of great strategic significance for speeding up the development of higher education in Guizhou Province, not only for expanding the scale of running a university, optimizing the conditions for running a school, but also for reforming the mode of running a school. The construction of curriculum resource sharing is an important measure to promote the connotation development of higher education in Guizhou province. The curriculum resource sharing of Huaxi University Town has been carried out since 2014, and it has been three years since then. What is the current situation of curriculum resource sharing in Huaxi University City, what achievements have been achieved, what are the main obstacles and difficulties to the sharing? What kind of operating mechanism should be constructed to ensure the efficient operation of curriculum resource sharing has become the focus of this study. This study combines the empirical investigation and theoretical analysis of Huaxi University Town to answer these questions, hoping to provide reference for the construction of Huaxi University Town. This research is divided into seven parts: the first part is introduction, put forward research questions and research significance, select research methods, define relevant concepts and review the current situation of research at home and abroad; The second part discusses the rational mechanism of curriculum resource sharing in Huaxi University Town from the principle of agglomeration economics, discusses its feasibility mechanism from the perspective of borderless higher education theory, and draws lessons from the experience of curriculum resource sharing in university town at home and abroad. The fourth part of the empirical investigation of Huaxi University City curriculum resources sharing status, the fifth part of the Huaxi University City curriculum resources sharing management defects and practical difficulties; The sixth part explores the way to realize the deep sharing of curriculum resources in Huaxi University Town, and the seventh part is the conclusion.
