民办高校通过国际化走出发展困境的趋势及途径——以江西省为例

【摘要】：近年来,江西民办高校取得了一定的发展成绩,但也存在办学特色不鲜明、办学定位不准确、办学条件不理想、教学效果不尽如人意及社会认同度不高等困境。本文通过分析经济全球化、标准全球化、信息网络化、人才国际化及生源竞争全球化的趋势,提出了江西民办高校专业、教学、合作、师资、生源国际化的途径,以促进江西民办高等教育健康稳定发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, private colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province have made some achievements, but there are still some difficulties such as the indistinct characteristics of running a school, the inaccurate orientation of running a school, the unsatisfactory conditions of running a school, the unsatisfactory teaching effect and the low degree of social identity. Based on the analysis of the trend of economic globalization, standard globalization, information networking, talent internationalization and the globalization of competition among students, this paper puts forward the ways to internationalize the specialty, teaching, cooperation, teachers and student resources of private colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province. In order to promote Jiangxi private higher education healthy and stable development.
