【摘要】：正随着国家《统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设总体方案》(以下简称《总体方案》)的出台,世界一流大学和一流学科建设成为了新的热点与焦点话题。在国家号召建设世界一流大学的热潮下,在学子们期待世界一流大学入场券的热情下,在教育家们积极投身于此的热忱中,更需要静下心来,"冷静思考":何谓世界一流大学?中国建设世界一流大学的价值和意义何在?如何推进世界一流大学建设?建设世界一流大学符合国家发展的战略需求
[Abstract]:With the introduction of the national "overall plan for promoting the construction of world-class universities and disciplines as a whole" (hereinafter referred to as "the overall Program"), the construction of world-class universities and first-class disciplines has become a new hot topic and focus topic. Under the upsurge of the state's call for the construction of world-class universities, under the enthusiasm of students looking forward to the admission tickets of world-class universities, and in the enthusiasm of educators to actively devote themselves to this, it is even more necessary to calm down and "think calmly": what is a world-class university?
