工业工程专业“三层协同递进式”实践教学体系设计

【摘要】：为了提高工业工程专业学生的创新应用能力,强化学生的实践操作能力,针对目前工业工程实践教学中的不足以及存在的问题,从工业工程培养应用型人才的目标出发,剖析问题,结合实际情况,突出实践应用能力的培养,强化实践意识,完善教学体系,整合教学资源,提出工业工程实践教学创新体系——"三层协同递进式"实践教学体系。该文以南昌航空大学工业工程专业为例,介绍其整体构建过程。实践表明,该体系满足了企业对高层次人才的需求,适应工业工程学科的发展和社会对高级人才的要求。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the innovative application ability of industrial engineering major students and strengthen their practical operation ability, aiming at the deficiency and existing problems in industrial engineering practice teaching at present, this paper starts from the goal of industrial engineering training applied talents. By analyzing the problems, combining with the actual situation, the author emphasizes the cultivation of the practical application ability, strengthens the practice consciousness, consummates the teaching system, integrates the teaching resources, and puts forward the innovation system of industrial engineering practice teaching, which is the "three-layer synergetic progressive" practical teaching system. Taking the major of industrial engineering in Nanchang University of Aeronautics and Aviation as an example, this paper introduces its whole construction process. The practice shows that the system can meet the needs of enterprises for high-level talents and meet the development of industrial engineering and the requirements of society for high-level talents.
