我国高校教育治理研究反思与展望

【摘要】：近年来,我国高校教育治理研究主要集中在其概念、主体、内容、方法与模式、体制与机制等方面。从总体来看,研究已取得诸多共识,如主体日趋多元化,内容紧扣人才培养、科学研究和社会服务等三大职能,方法模式抵及核心问题,体制机制改革渐成关注焦点;但也存在概念内涵不清晰、责任划分未明确、观点方略难突破等偏颇。后续研究需辨明概念,坚持问题性与包容性共存;分清职责,坚持本位性与时效性共融;努力创新,坚持正义性与和谐性共生。同时强化协同联动治理,以达成外部治理与内部治理结合、集权治理与分权治理结合、综合治理与专项治理结合、现象治理与本质治理结合的愿景。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the research of educational governance in colleges and universities in China is mainly focused on its concept, subject, content, method and mode, system and mechanism, etc. On the whole, the research has got a lot of consensus, such as the diversification of the subject, the content of talent training, the scientific research and social service, the method and the core issues, the system and mechanism reform gradually become the focus of attention; However, there are some biases, such as unclear concept, unclear division of responsibility, difficult to break through the viewpoint and so on. The following research should distinguish the concept, insist on the coexistence of problem and inclusiveness, distinguish the responsibility, insist on the integration of standard and timeliness, strive to innovate, insist on the coexistence of justice and harmony. At the same time, we should strengthen the coordinated governance to achieve the vision of the combination of external governance and internal governance, centralized governance and decentralized governance, comprehensive governance and special governance, phenomenon governance and essential governance.
