高校贫困生与非贫困生起薪差异的实证研究

【摘要】:利用S高校5年的学生管理数据,运用OLS回归、分位数回归及分解方法,对23544名大学毕业生进行贫困生与非贫困生起薪差异的实证研究。在剔除其他因素的影响后,贫困生起薪显著低于非贫困生起薪,随着起薪的提高,两者起薪差异不断拉大。贫困生与非贫困生的整体起薪差异主要由收入分布高端的起薪差异引起。在收入分布的中低端,个人禀赋是起薪差异的主要原因,在收入分布的高端,歧视是起薪差异的主要原因。因此,政府要加强贫困生帮扶的总体规划、顶层制度设计、宏观指导及科学监督;高校应建立健全贫困生"助学、助就、助创"三助体系,形成"三助"合力;企业应积极参与"三助"体系,减少用工歧视;贫困生可加强在校人力资本投资,实现工资溢价。
[Abstract]:Using the 5 year student management data of S university, using OLS regression, quantile regression and decomposition method, an empirical study on the difference of starting salary between poor and non-poor students was carried out among 23544 college graduates. After taking into account other factors, the starting salary of poor students is significantly lower than that of non-poor students. With the increase of starting salary, the difference between the starting salary and the starting salary is widening. The difference of starting salary between poor students and non-poor students is mainly caused by high-end income distribution. In the middle and low end of income distribution, personal endowment is the main reason of starting salary difference, and discrimination is the main reason of starting salary difference at the high end of income distribution. Therefore, the government should strengthen the overall plan, the top-level system design, the macroscopic guidance and the scientific supervision of the poor students. Enterprises should actively participate in the "three aid" system to reduce employment discrimination, poor students can strengthen investment in human capital and realize wage premium.
