地方性大学:概念分析及其意义

【摘要】：地方性大学"这个概念无论在理论上还是在实践中都因"地方性"而被"曲解",影响了概念的实践力,同时在大众化阶段还有碍于高等教育质量的提升。"地方性大学"因高等教育大众化引起的大学分类思想而异化,大学的分类理论是一种总结性"报告",而不是一种建设性"纲领"。"地方性大学"首先是"大学"然后才是"地方性",因此应以"科学研究"为抓手,建设大学应有的学术性文化,在发挥法律所规定的三大职能过程中因"地方性"而形成自己的特色,成为一个具有个性的大学。
[Abstract]:The concept of "local university" is "misinterpreted" in both theory and practice, which has been "misinterpreted" in terms of "locality", which affects the practical power of the concept. At the same time, it also hinders the improvement of the quality of higher education at the stage of popularization. "Local University" is alienated from the thought of university classification caused by the popularization of higher education. The classification theory of the university is a general kind. The "local university" is the first "University" and then the "local". Therefore, it should take "scientific research" as the grasp, build the academic culture that the university should have, and form its own characteristics in the course of the three major functions stipulated in the law, and become a university with individuality.
