基于微生物学教学的科研创新人才培养模式探索

【摘要】：微生物学是生命科学的一门重要专业基础课程,具有涉及范围广、实践性强的特点。教学中结合课程特点,从理论教学、实验教学和创新课题研究等进行了改革和探索,以切实培养大学生的学习能力、实践能力和创新能力。在理论教学中,创新教学手段和方法,注重对学生进行创新思维的培养;在实验教学中,探索开放实验教学模式,注重实验过程的细节监控,全方位评价,切实提高学生的实践动手能力;在创新课题研究上,通过学校、学院和院内的应用与环境微生物实验室等多渠道的创新课题项目,对学生进行较为系统的科研创新训练。
[Abstract]:Microbiology is an important basic course of life science, which has the characteristics of wide range and strong practice. Combining with the characteristics of the course, the author has carried on the reform and exploration from the theoretical teaching, the experimental teaching and the research of the innovative subject, so as to cultivate the students' learning ability, practical ability and innovation ability. In the theoretical teaching, we should innovate the teaching methods and methods, pay attention to the cultivation of the students' creative thinking, explore the open experimental teaching mode, pay attention to the detail monitoring of the experimental process, and evaluate the whole aspects of the experiment teaching. In the research of innovative subjects, the students are trained systematically in scientific research and innovation through the application of schools, colleges and academies and the environmental microbiology laboratory, etc.
