大学生创新创业与美丽乡村建设融合发展研究

【摘要】：近年来,大学毕业生就业难的问题日益明显,尽管在国家的政策支持下,选择自我创业的人数相对增加,但仍然处于较低水平。而美丽乡村建设的提出和实施,为大学生创新创业开辟了广阔的天地。但是,由于政府与高校缺乏长期有效的合作机制,大学生对美丽乡村建设的认知不足,对创新创业了解不够,欠缺到乡村就业与创业的动力。文章通过总结近两年在广州市大埔围美丽乡村建设中的实践经验,提出高校承担融合发展的主导作用,政府充分发挥组织优势,积极参与融合建设,企业为融合发展搭建桥梁,以期对大学生创新创业与美丽乡村建设融合发展有所启示。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the problem of employment difficulties for college graduates has become increasingly obvious, although the number of people who choose to start their own businesses has increased relatively under the support of national policies, but is still at a relatively low level. The introduction and implementation of the beautiful rural construction has opened up a wide field for college students to innovate and start their own businesses. However, due to the lack of a long-term effective cooperation mechanism between the government and universities, college students do not have enough knowledge of the beautiful rural construction, lack of understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship, and lack of motivation to rural employment and entrepreneurship. Through summing up the practical experience in the construction of beautiful villages in Tai Po Wai in Guangzhou in the past two years, the paper puts forward that universities and colleges should take the leading role in the development of integration, the government should give full play to its organizational advantages and actively participate in the construction of integration, and enterprises should build bridges for the development of integration. With a view to college students innovative entrepreneurship and beautiful rural construction and development of the integration of enlightenment.
