高校就业信息化建设的问题与对策研究

【摘要】：【目的/意义】加强高校的就业信息化建设,在缓解大学生就业难、促进毕业生顺利就业中具有举足轻重的作用。在当前"互联网+"的时代背景下,高校的就业工作面临着新形势和新挑战,就业信息化建设存在着一些问题和不足。【方法/过程】在准确把握新形势下就业信息化建设的内涵的前提下,通过调研实例明确就业信息化建设存在的信息利用率低,人才技术建设投入不足,信息不畅所致的"信息孤岛"现象等问题,通过建设高效的信息化平台,组建专业的信息化人才队伍,采用云计算构建新图景,建立信息反馈机制等一系列切实可行的措施来畅通就业信息渠道,提升高校就业工作的效率和质量。【结果/结论】这是新形势下高校推进就业信息化建设的有益探索,以推动高校就业信息化更好更快地发展。
[Abstract]:Objective / significance: to strengthen the construction of employment information in colleges and universities plays an important role in alleviating the employment difficulties of college students and promoting the smooth employment of graduates. Under the background of the current "Internet" era, the employment of colleges and universities is facing new situations and challenges. There are some problems and shortcomings in the construction of employment informatization. [method / process] on the premise of accurately grasping the connotation of employment informatization construction under the new situation, it is clear that the information utilization ratio of employment informatization construction is low through investigation and research examples. The problem of "information isolated island" caused by insufficient investment in the construction of talents and technology, the phenomenon of "information island" caused by lack of information, and so on, through the construction of an efficient information platform, the establishment of a professional information talent team, the use of cloud computing to build a new picture, A series of practical measures, such as information feedback mechanism, should be established to unblock employment information channels and improve the efficiency and quality of employment work in colleges and universities. [results / conclusion] this is a useful exploration for promoting the construction of employment information in colleges and universities under the new situation. In order to promote the employment informatization of colleges and universities better and faster development.
