学者还是教师:关于研究型大学的学术聘任标准

【摘要】:研究型大学中教学与研究间的关系问题,与教师聘任过程中人们对学术标准的理解与价值取向存在高度关联。通俗而言,究竟是从学者中培养教师,还是从教师中选拔学者,两种不同的取向在很大程度上左右了组织以及人的行为,由此也带来了众多的困惑。基于学术生命周期的理论,由学者而成为教师即塑造学者型教师,应是研究型大学兼顾利益与价值的理性选择。
[Abstract]:The relationship between teaching and research in research universities is highly related to the understanding of academic standards and value orientation in the process of teacher appointment. In general, whether it is to cultivate teachers from scholars or to select scholars from teachers, the two different orientations have greatly influenced the organization and human behavior. It also brings many puzzles. Based on the theory of the academic life cycle, it is a rational choice for the research university to give consideration to the interests and values of the research university.
