大学生职业观教育存在的问题及对策

【摘要】：近年来,高校招生规模持续扩大,致使大学毕业生人数逐年递增。同时,在我国经济发展新常态下,经济增速放缓让长期积累的就业结构性矛盾更加明显,大学生的就业压力增大,就业前景不容乐观,这对我国经济发展和社会安定提出严峻的挑战。新形势下,大学生新旧求职观念的剧烈冲撞和价值观的重新定向,影响着大学生的求职就业。通过对大学生进行职业观教育,使其转变观念,从而树立正确的职业观对解决大学生就业难问题具有非常重要的作用。由于大学生职业观教育在我国高等院校起步很晚,适应不了新形势发展的要求,这就使得大学生职业观教育的研究显得尤为重要。基于此,本文对我国大学生职业观教育进行了专题研究,以期推进我国大学生职业观教育的发展。同时也希望借此能引发高校更多的对大学生职业观教育的关注与思考。本文在大量研读已有的研究成果的基础上,加之自己平时的积累,对高校大学生职业观教育进行了比较深入系统的研究。本文遵循“理论分析-问题及问题原因分析-解决对策”的研究思路。全文共分为三部分,第一部分对大学生职业观教育所涉及的核心及其相关概念进行了阐释和辨析,梳理了为大学生职业观教育发展提供理论支撑的相关理论依据,并论述了加强大学生职业观教育的重要意义。第二部分则是探讨了当前我国大学生职业观教育存在的问题,并对其问题的成因加以客观地分析。在此基础上,第三部分则是提出了进一步加强和改进大学生职业观教育的若干解决对策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the enrollment scale of colleges and universities continues to expand, resulting in the number of college graduates increasing year by year. At the same time, under the new normal economic development of our country, the slowdown of economic growth makes the long-term accumulated structural contradiction of employment more obvious, the employment pressure of college students increases, and the employment prospects are not optimistic. This poses a severe challenge to China's economic development and social stability. Under the new situation, the fierce collision of the old and new concepts of employment and the reorientation of values affect the employment of college students. It is very important to set up a correct vocational view to solve the difficult problem of college students' employment by educating college students about their vocational outlook and making them change their ideas. Because the vocational outlook education of college students started very late in our country, it can not meet the requirements of the development of the new situation, which makes the study of the vocational outlook education of college students seem particularly important. Based on this, this paper carries on the special research to our country university student vocational outlook education, in order to promote our country university student occupation outlook education development. At the same time, it also hopes to arouse more attention and reflection on the vocational view education in colleges and universities. On the basis of reading a lot of existing research results, this paper makes a deep and systematic study on the vocational outlook education of college students in addition to their usual accumulation. This paper follows the research idea of "theoretical analysis-problem and problem cause analysis-solution". The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part explains and discriminates the core and related concepts of the vocational education of college students, and combs the relevant theoretical basis for the development of the vocational outlook education of college students. It also discusses the importance of strengthening the education of college students'vocational outlook. The second part discusses the problems existing in the vocational education of college students in our country, and analyzes the causes of the problems objectively. On this basis, the third part puts forward some countermeasures to further strengthen and improve the vocational view education of college students.
