内蒙古高校民族观教育教学现状调查研究

【摘要】：我国是统一多民族国家,维护各民族的团结和睦对国家稳定发展和繁荣昌盛至关重要。内蒙古自治区是我国少数民族聚居地区之一,加强对各民族人民群众特别是青年的马克思主义民族观教育,对于各族人民树立正确的民族观念,加强各族人民团结和睦,增强国家凝聚力具有重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。高校是对大学生进行民族观教育的重要阵地,是帮助大学生树立科学民族观的主渠道,高校民族观教育教学的主要途径是对大学生开展“民族理论与民族政策”课教学。加强和改进内蒙古高校民族理论与民族政策课教育教学,不仅有利于提升大学生思想政治素质,而且对增进内蒙古民族团结、社会和谐、巩固边疆具有重大实践意义。本研究在前人研究成果的基础上,从教育教学的视角对内蒙古高校民族观教育教学实施现状进行了调查研究。总体而言,当前内蒙古高校民族观教育教学实施现状应当充分肯定,但是,存在的问题不容忽视。如教材内容相对陈旧;教师队伍数量短缺,素质有待提高;教学方法需要进一步改进;部分学生学习态度不端正等等。分析其原因主要有:民族观教育教学受到社会错误思想的影响;有的学校及相关部门重视程度不够;有的教师教书育人的敬业信念不够坚定;学生对课程重要性的认识不够等。本研究在调查研究和数据分析基础上,试图从落实教育教学政策,提高民族观教育教学重视程度;提高教材建设质量,充实教学内容;提升教师队伍素质,提高教学质量;运用现代科学信息技术,提高教学效果;激发学生学习兴趣,提高学习效率等方面的措施,有针对性地提出了增强大学生民族观教育教学实效性的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:China is a multi-national country, maintaining the unity and harmony of all nationalities is vital to the country's stability, development and prosperity. The Inner Mongolia Autonomous region is one of the areas inhabited by ethnic minorities in our country. To strengthen the education of the people of all nationalities, especially young people, in Marxist national outlook, we should set up a correct national concept for the people of all ethnic groups, and strengthen the unity and harmony of the people of all ethnic groups. Strengthening national cohesion has important practical significance and profound historical significance. Colleges and universities are the important position for college students to carry on the education of national view and the main channel to help them to set up the scientific national view. The main way of teaching college students is to carry out the teaching of "national theory and national policy" to college students. To strengthen and improve the education and teaching of ethnic theory and national policy in Inner Mongolia colleges and universities is not only conducive to improving the ideological and political quality of college students, but also of great practical significance to the enhancement of national unity, social harmony and the consolidation of frontier areas in Inner Mongolia. Based on the previous research results, this paper investigates the present situation of the implementation of ethnic outlook education in Inner Mongolia colleges and universities from the perspective of education and teaching. Generally speaking, the present situation of the implementation of ethnic outlook education in Inner Mongolia colleges and universities should be fully affirmed, but the existing problems should not be ignored. For example, the teaching materials are relatively old; the number of teachers is short, the quality needs to be improved; the teaching methods need to be further improved; some students' learning attitude is not correct and so on. The main reasons are as follows: the education and teaching of national view is influenced by the wrong thoughts of the society; some schools and related departments pay less attention to it; some teachers are not firm enough in their faith in teaching and educating people; the students' understanding of the importance of curriculum is not enough, and so on. On the basis of investigation and data analysis, this study attempts to improve the quality of teaching material construction, enrich teaching content, improve the quality of teachers and improve teaching quality by carrying out educational and teaching policies to improve the importance of education and teaching of national outlook. By using modern scientific information technology to improve the teaching effect, to stimulate students' interest in learning and to improve their learning efficiency, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the effectiveness of the teaching of college students' national outlook education.
