构建中国特色的社会主义大学治理模式

【摘要】：后大众化时代的中国高等教育客观上要求探索和建立中国特色的社会主义大学治理模式,实现大学的善治。围绕构建中国特色社会主义大学治理模式,基于多年的实践探索,对这一课题提供了有益的借鉴性模式。该治理模式包含三个有机的组成部分:一是模式所遵循的思想观念基础,即中国特色社会主义的大学之道及其文化思想观念系统;二是模式所包含的三个具体操作维度,即旨在削弱大学过度行政化的大部制度、解放教师学术活力的专业核心课程制度和激发学生学术潜力的"十个一"教育养成制度;三是模式所彰显的中国大学未来发展的理想视域,即通过科学治理,大学的行政化和学术化两种矛盾终将获得和解,中国大学将会着眼于开放与共享的价值理念,致力于本土化和国际化之一体两翼之发展,成为它所属地区人们的精神家园,成为国际化大学社区中的重要成员。
[Abstract]:In the post-popularized era, Chinese higher education objectively requires exploring and establishing the governance mode of socialist universities with Chinese characteristics and realizing the good governance of universities. On the basis of many years of practice and exploration, this paper provides a useful model for the construction of the governance model of socialist universities with Chinese characteristics. The governance model consists of three organic components: one is the ideological and conceptual basis of the model, that is, the way of socialism with Chinese characteristics and its cultural and ideological system, the other is the three specific operational dimensions included in the model. In other words, it aims to weaken the majority of the system of excessive administration in universities, liberate teachers' academic vitality of the professional core curriculum system and stimulate students' academic potential of the "Ten one" education system; The third is the ideal vision of the future development of Chinese universities, that is, through scientific governance, the two contradictions of university administration and academicalization will eventually be reconciled, and Chinese universities will focus on the value concept of openness and sharing. Committed to the development of localization and internationalization, become the spiritual home of the people in its own region, become an important member of the international university community.
