西京学院提升核心竞争力研究

【摘要】：2015年我国高等学校超过了1000所,民办高校700余所。经过多年的发展,民办高校也已经小有成就,为社会培养了大批人才。减少了公办教育压力的同时,越来越多的青年通过民办高校走向工作岗位,走向社会需要的地方,更为教育的多样化发展贡献了力量。我国高等教育是伴随着教育市场的扩大而繁荣起来的,并且高校之间的竞争也日益激烈化。发展民办教育是社会所趋,也是国家所需,因此要根据我国民办高校的发展特点对民办高校之间的竞争力进行研究,以此让高校在竞争过程中获得有利地位,增强其核心力量,这也是本文所论述的特点。本文以西京学院为例,以核心竞争力理论和STWO分析方法为理论基础,对西京学院较强的办学实力、完善的法人治理结构、明确的办学定位及中长期发展战略规划、良好的社会声誉、鲜明的办学特色、全面提升的人才培养质量等因素进行深刻剖析,明确提出了:办学方向、办学定位是西京学院核心竞争力的灵魂;校园建设及教学条件的改善是西京学院核心竞争力的基础;加强教学建设与改革是培育西京学院核心竞争力的必由之路;完善教育质量保障体系是培育西京学院核心竞争力的有力保障;学习效果显著、提升就业质量是西京学院核心竞争力的实现成果来构建西京学院的核心竞争力。本文分为6个章节第1章导论、第2章相关概念及理论、第3章西京学院核心竞争力SWOT分析、第4章西京学院核心竞争力战略总体思路及整体目标、第5章西京学院提升核心竞争力战略规划、第6章提升西京学院核心竞争力的战略实施保障及对策建议,论文的完成对增强西京学院的竞争力有着现实的指导意义,也以为同类院校核心竞争的提升提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:In 2015, more than 1000 institutions of higher learning and more than 700 private colleges and universities were established in China. After years of development, private colleges and universities have also made small achievements, for the community to cultivate a large number of talents. While reducing the pressure of public education, more and more young people go to work through private colleges and universities, to places where the society needs, and the diversified development of education contributes to the strength. China's higher education is flourishing with the expansion of education market, and the competition between colleges and universities is becoming increasingly fierce. The development of private education is not only the trend of the society, but also the needs of the country. Therefore, it is necessary to study the competitiveness of private colleges and universities according to the characteristics of the development of private colleges and universities in our country, so as to enable colleges and universities to gain a favorable position in the process of competition and strengthen their core strength. This is also the characteristics discussed in this paper. Taking Xijing University as an example, taking the core competence theory and STWO analysis method as the theoretical basis, this paper aims at the strong strength of Xijing University, the perfect corporate governance structure, the clear orientation of running a school and the long-term strategic plan for its development. The factors such as good social reputation, distinctive characteristics of running a school, all-round promotion of talent training quality and so on are deeply analyzed, and it is clearly put forward that: the direction of running a school, the orientation of running a school is the soul of the core competitiveness of Xijing University; The construction of campus and the improvement of teaching conditions are the basis of the core competence of Xijing College, and the only way to cultivate the core competence of Xijing College is to strengthen the teaching construction and reform. Perfecting the educational quality guarantee system is the powerful guarantee to cultivate the core competence of Xijing College, and the effect of learning is remarkable, and improving the quality of employment is the achievement of the core competence of Xijing University to construct the core competence of Xijing University. This paper is divided into six chapters: introduction to chapter 1, related concepts and theories in chapter 2, SWOT analysis of core competence of Xijing University in chapter 3, general strategic thinking and overall objectives of core competence of Xijing College in chapter 4. Chapter 5, the strategic plan of promoting the core competence of Xijing University, the sixth chapter, the strategic guarantee and countermeasures of promoting the core competence of Xijing College, the completion of the thesis has practical guiding significance to enhance the competitiveness of Xijing University. Also for similar colleges and universities to enhance core competition to provide reference.
