高校青年教师拔尖人才价值观培育策略研究

【摘要】：加强高校青年教师拔尖人才价值观培育是落实和发展人才强国战略的重要途径。在当前复杂的教育环境下,价值观培育的成效对高校青年教师拔尖人才的全面发展将发挥关键作用,并深刻影响着高等教育的深化改革,对提升我国拔尖人才的竞争优势与人才竞争实力而言具有重要的保障作用。高校青年教师拔尖人才有着独特的成长和发展规律。在当前多元价值观念激烈碰撞的复杂社会背景下,加强高校青年教师拔尖人才价值观培育具有高度的战略必要性。应从马克思关于人学的理论、毛泽东的人才观理论以及社会主义核心价值观理论中汲取营养,全面分析高校青年教师拔尖人才价值观培育存在的问题,并深入剖析问题产生的影响因素。从当前看来,部分高校青年教师拔尖人才的价值观存在个人价值取向高于集体价值取向,看重物质价值而忽视精神价值,对拔尖人才角色责任价值认知不清,道德意识与功利思想知行矛盾等问题。这些问题的形成主要受到社会因素、学校因素、新媒体因素以及高校青年教师拔尖人才个人因素的多重影响。为此,应进一步促进高校青年教师拔尖人才价值观培育对策的创新,坚持青年教师拔尖人才价值观培育的科学指导思想与原则。从社会、学校、新媒体以及青年教师拔尖人才自身四个层面,优化青年教师拔尖人才价值观培育的整体模式,提升高校青年教师拔尖人才价值观培育的综合效果。
[Abstract]:It is an important way to carry out and develop the strategy of strengthening talents' powerful nation by strengthening the cultivation of outstanding talents' values of young teachers in colleges and universities. In the current complex educational environment, the effect of the cultivation of values will play a key role in the overall development of young teachers in colleges and universities, and will have a profound impact on the deepening reform of higher education. It plays an important role in promoting the competitive advantage and talent competitive strength of top talents in our country. Young teachers in colleges and universities have unique growth and development laws. Under the complicated social background of the fierce collision of multiple values, it is highly necessary to strengthen the cultivation of the top talents of young teachers in colleges and universities. It is necessary to draw nutrients from Marx's theory of human studies, Mao Zedong's theory of talent and socialist core values, and analyze the problems existing in the cultivation of the top talents of young teachers in colleges and universities. And deeply analyze the influence factors of the problem. From the current point of view, some young teachers in colleges and universities have higher individual value orientation than collective value orientation in the values of the top talents, they value the material value while ignoring the spiritual value, and they do not know clearly the value of the role responsibility of the top talents. The contradiction between moral consciousness and utilitarian thought. The formation of these problems is mainly influenced by social factors, school factors, new media factors and individual factors of young teachers in colleges and universities. Therefore, it is necessary to further promote the innovation of the countermeasures for cultivating the top talents of young teachers in colleges and universities, and adhere to the scientific guiding ideology and principles of cultivating the top talents of young teachers. From the four levels of society, school, new media and young teachers themselves, this paper optimizes the overall mode of cultivating young teachers' outstanding talents' values, and promotes the comprehensive effect of the cultivation of young teachers' top talents' values in colleges and universities.
