自媒体背景下高校思想政治教育话语权提升问题研究

【摘要】:在现实中,各高校采用不同方式对大学生进行思想政治教育,从本质上来讲就是运用相关的专业性话语教育和引导大学生树立高尚的思想,做出符合社会主义核心价值观要求的行为。思想政治教育话语权一方面是指思想政治教育的教育者和受教育者双方通过相关话语进行沟通,另一方面则是指双方的权力和地位关系。作为思想政治教育话语体系的核心,可以说,谁掌握了话语权,谁就在思想政治教育活动中占据了主导地位。近年来,各种形式的自媒体层出不穷,改变了原有传统媒体垄断话语权的格局,也使得媒体能够真正为人服务,成为人的一部分,并同时造成了全社会的“话语狂欢”。所以,在自媒体已得到广泛应用并日趋流行的大时代中,高校作为开展思想政治教育工作的前沿阵地,必须下大力度、竭尽全力提升其话语权。然而,由于自媒体在我国还是一个新兴事务,当前我国高校思想政治教育话语权在自媒体广泛应用的大潮中面临着很多挑战,也出现了诸多问题,我们必须采取相关措施来规范思想政治教育话语权和自媒体的发展。基于此,本文将作如下论述:第一部分是绪论,该部分详细论述了当今各种自媒体社交软件已被广泛应用这一社会现实,并通过对高校思想政治教育话语权中存在着诸多问题的分析,引出了本文写作的缘由;此外,还分析说明了在自媒体已得到广泛应用的背景下,提升我国高校思想政治教育话语权的重要意义;最后,逐一介绍了本文的研究方法。第二部分是高校思想政治教育话语权与自媒体的相关理论阐释,在进行了相关概念的明确界定后,详细阐释了自媒体的重要作用。第三部分是高校思想政治教育话语权在自媒体中面临的挑战及原因分析,从教育者在自媒体平台中信息垄断地位的丧失、教育者在自媒体平台中的话语权威被削弱、教育者的网络话语魅力不足、教育者在自媒体平台中的话语引导力减弱四个层面分析了高校思想政治教育话语权面临的挑战,从自媒体平台的思想政治教育话语传播力有限、自媒体平台的思想政治教育话语自身建设不足、话语权引导规范缺失、平台建设滞后、外部机制欠缺五个层面分析了存在问题的原因。第四部分提出了自媒体背景下高校思想政治教育话语权提升的对策,从教育者层面、受教育者层面、话语权提升新平台层面、话语权保障机制层面对其对策展开了详细论述。
[Abstract]:In reality, colleges and universities adopt different ways to carry out ideological and political education for college students. In essence, they use relevant professional discourse education and guide college students to set up noble ideas. To act in accordance with the requirements of socialist core values. On the one hand, the discourse right of ideological and political education refers to the communication between the educator and the educatee of ideological and political education through relevant words, on the other hand, it refers to the relationship between power and status of both sides. As the core of the discourse system of ideological and political education, it can be said that whoever holds the right to speak plays a leading role in ideological and political education. In recent years, various forms of self-media have emerged in endlessly, which have changed the original pattern of traditional media monopolizing the right to speak, and also enabled the media to truly serve people and become a part of people, and at the same time caused the whole society's "discourse carnival". Therefore, in the era in which self-media has been widely used and increasingly popular, colleges and universities, as the front position of ideological and political education, must make great efforts to promote their right to speak. However, due to the fact that the self-media is still a new business in our country, the discourse right of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in our country is now facing a lot of challenges and problems in the broad application of the self-media. We must take relevant measures to standardize the right to speak in ideological and political education and the development of self-media. Based on this, this paper will make the following exposition: the first part is an introduction, which discusses in detail the social reality that various kinds of self-media social media software have been widely used. And through the analysis of many problems in the discourse right of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, it leads to the reason of the writing of this paper, in addition, it explains that the self-media has been widely used in the background. Finally, this paper introduces the research methods one by one. The second part is the theoretical explanation of the discourse right of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and the self-media. After defining the relevant concepts, the author explains in detail the important role of self-media. The third part is the challenge and the reason analysis of the discourse right of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the self-media. From the loss of the information monopoly position of the educator in the self-media platform, the discourse authority of the educator in the self-media platform is weakened. The educator's network discourse charm is not enough, and the educator's discourse guiding power in the self-media platform is weakened. The paper analyzes the challenges facing the discourse right of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the view of the limited communication power of the ideological and political education discourse in the self-media platform. Since the media platform of ideological and political education discourse itself is not enough, the right to speak guide the lack of norms, the platform construction lags behind, the lack of external mechanisms five levels of analysis of the reasons for the problems. The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures to promote the discourse right of ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the background of the media. The countermeasures are discussed in detail from the educational level, the educatee level, the new platform level of speech right promotion, and the level of voice right guarantee mechanism.
