中外企业博士后基金资助模式及特点的比较研究——以加拿大IRDF和中国CPSF为例

【摘要】：作为资助企业博士后的国家政府基金,加拿大IRDF基金与我国CPSF基金体现了鲜明的差异。IRDF强调市场导向,贴近学科前沿,注重质量优势;CPSF体现国家意志,面向传统领域,注重规模优势。设立单独面向企业博士后的基金,完善过程中管理,调整考核导向,是我国企业博士后基金未来的发展趋势。
[Abstract]:As a national government fund for supporting postdoctoral enterprises, Canada IRDF Foundation and our country CPSF Fund embody the distinct difference. IRDF emphasizes market orientation, close to the front of the discipline, pays attention to the quality advantage, reflects the national will, and faces the traditional field. Pay attention to the advantage of scale. It is the future development trend of enterprise postdoctoral fund in our country to set up a fund for enterprise postdoctoral, to perfect the management in the process and to adjust the direction of examination.
