地方本科高校转型发展的思考——基于发达国家应用型人才培养模式的启示

【摘要】：地方本科高校转型应用技术型大学是当前我国高校改革的一项重点任务。在分析概括发达国家应用型人才培养模式的基础上,分析我国应用型人才培养的缺陷,提出人才培养是一个需要政府、企业、学校、行业协会多方共同努力的复杂而庞大的系统,应从政府、企业、高校、行业协会4个子系统联合互动着手,实现地方本科高校的成功转型。
[Abstract]:The transformation of applied technology universities in local undergraduate universities is an important task in the reform of colleges and universities in China. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the training mode of applied talents in developed countries, this paper analyzes the defects of the cultivation of applied talents in our country, and points out that the cultivation of talents is a need of government, enterprise and school. The complex and huge system of multi-party joint efforts of the trade association should start from the four subsystems of government, enterprise, university and trade association, and realize the successful transformation of the local undergraduate colleges and universities.
