基于卓越教学视角的大学应用型人才培养模式研究

【摘要】:大学应用型人才培养已经上升到了国家战略层面。台湾地区2005年开始推行的"奖励大学教学卓越计划",为做好大学应用型人才培养提供了宝贵的经验和启示。通过教学卓越计划的学习,改进应用型人才培养的落脚点可以定位在教学理念、教学法、教学评估设计和高科技辅助教学四个方面。通过理论与实证研究,以卓越教学视角为指导,以药理学课程为例,进行了面向应用型临床医学人才培养的教学模式设计,文中全面论述了教学理念变革、教学法设计、高科技辅助教学方案以及学业评价体系的具体内容。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of applied talents in universities has risen to the level of national strategy. The "Program of rewarding University Teaching Excellence", which was launched in Taiwan in 2005, provides valuable experience and inspiration for the cultivation of applied talents in universities. Through the study of teaching excellence plan, the aim of improving the cultivation of applied talents can be located in four aspects: teaching idea, teaching method, teaching evaluation design and high technology assistant teaching. Through theoretical and empirical research, guided by excellent teaching perspective and taking pharmacology course as an example, the teaching mode design for the cultivation of applied clinical medical talents was carried out. The specific contents of the high-tech auxiliary teaching program and the academic evaluation system.
