从“科教分立”到“科教融合”:大学功能的结构、变迁与实现

【摘要】:人才培养问题已经成为制约高等教育发展的重大问题,大学组织科研功能的加强是高校中教学和科研功能之间冲突的最初原因。文章从分析传统大学功能观入手,认为“教学”、“科研”、“社会服务”之于大学处于不同的位阶,具有明显的时空结构性与历史继承性特性,教学功能是大学功能的基础,科研与社会服务功能只有通过教学活动才能够更好地实现。“科教融合”是大学组织知识属性决定的大学理念的回归,也是大学组织功能的有效实现,推行这一理念的必要前提是对我国传统高等教育哲学观念进行批判性反思。
[Abstract]:The problem of talent training has become a major problem restricting the development of higher education. The strengthening of the function of university organization and scientific research is the initial reason for the conflict between teaching and research functions in colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of the traditional university function view, the author thinks that "teaching", "scientific research" and "social service" are in different levels to the university, and have obvious space-time structure and historical inheritance characteristics, and the teaching function is the foundation of the university function. The function of scientific research and social service can be better realized only through teaching activities. The integration of science and education is not only the return of the university idea determined by the knowledge attribute of university organization, but also the effective realization of university organizational function. The necessary premise of carrying out this idea is to critically reflect on the traditional philosophy of higher education in China.
