地方高师院校实践教学的现状与对策研究
[Abstract]:Practical teaching is an important content in the teaching link of colleges and universities. Strengthening the construction of practical teaching to improve the quality of practical teaching and reforming the mode of practical teaching is an important matter for the reform and development of colleges and universities. The forms and contents of practical teaching are very rich, including practice, apprenticeship, problem-based learning, social research and investigation, experiential learning, experimental teaching, and students' scientific research and so on. From the teaching method, practice teaching includes both teaching and learning. The first is that the practice teaching takes the university student as the main body of the education activity, through the practice lets the student close to the reality, adapts the social development demand, understands the employment enters the workplace. Second, through practical teaching, teachers constantly innovate teaching methods and teaching ideas to improve teaching effect. Based on the existing problems in practical learning in local normal colleges in China, this study analyzes the root causes of the existing problems in practice teaching in local normal universities by using the methods of literature research, questionnaire investigation and interview investigation. Especially in the process of educational transformation, strengthening practical teaching is helpful to realize the transformation of educational purpose and realize the development of whole-person education. The innovation of this paper is to clarify the goal of practical teaching, to put forward the idea of curriculum design, to optimize the teaching method and to construct the evaluation system of practical teaching, starting from the relationship among knowledge, ability, emotion, belief and values. This paper provides a theoretical and practical model for the teaching reform of local normal colleges.
