面向智能船舶的航海类新工科人才培养刍议

【摘要】：智能船舶背景下,船岸交互将在很大程度上改变未来航海类人才的岗位职责和工作方式。在论述了智能船舶的发展趋势和特点基础上,指出了传统的航海类人才将不能适应未来行业需求;高等航海教育界必须谋求转型发展,面向智能船舶全生命周期培养航海类新工科人才,包括航海科研人才、工程技术人才和具有航海教育背景的复合型人才。智能船舶背景下航海类新工科人才的培养需要重新建构培养模式和路径:一是专业调整和内涵建设;二是促进课程体系的重构;三是开展跨学科培养;四是强化实践和创新能力。
[Abstract]:In the context of intelligent ships, ship-shore interaction will greatly change the post responsibilities and working methods of marine talents in the future. Based on the discussion of the development trend and characteristics of intelligent ships, it is pointed out that the traditional marine talents will not be able to meet the needs of the future industry, and the higher maritime education circles must seek the transformation and development. Aiming at the whole life cycle of intelligent ships, it is necessary to train new marine engineering talents, including marine scientific research personnel, engineering and technical personnel and composite talents with maritime education background. Under the background of intelligent ship, the cultivation of new marine engineering talents needs to re-establish the training mode and path: first, professional adjustment and connotation construction; second, promote the reconstruction of curriculum system; third, carry out interdisciplinary training; Fourth, strengthen the ability of practice and innovation.
