大学治理中的学生参与——基于对国内87所高校章程的文本分析

【摘要】：通过构建大学治理中的学生参与度模型,对《USnews2017全球大学排行榜》中进入前1000名的87所中国大陆高校的章程进行文本分析发现:大学治理中的学生参与度与高校排名呈现弱相关;教育部直属高校的学生参与度明显高于其他类型院校;教育部直属高校中,位于直辖市的高校的学生参与度明显高于位于其他省份的高校学生参与度;87所高校的学生参与度总体上属于"微参与"水平。提升大学治理中的学生参与度需要从转变思维和制度保障两个方面进行建构。
[Abstract]:By constructing a model of student participation in university governance, this paper makes a textual analysis of the statutes of 87 mainland Chinese colleges and universities in USnews2017 Global University ranking. It is found that the participation of students in university governance is weakly related to the ranking of colleges and universities; The participation of students in colleges and universities directly under the Ministry of Education is obviously higher than that in other types of colleges and universities, and in the universities directly under the Ministry of Education, The participation of students in colleges and universities located directly under the Central Government is obviously higher than that in 87 colleges and universities located in other provinces. To promote student participation in university governance, it is necessary to construct two aspects: changing thinking and system guarantee.
