国际交流合作在大学的职能定位研究

【摘要】：正深刻思考"国际交流合作"在大学的职能定位,有助于重新认识教育对外开放战略。国际交流合作是大学发展到一定阶段必然产生的内在需求。加强国际交流合作,将深刻改变高等教育未来发展的格局。大学职能是随着社会变迁和时代赋予的不同使命而不断演进的,每一次大学职能的超越,也都与大学内在治理结构的完善和人才需求的新趋向相伴随。中共中央国务院《关于加强和改进新形势下高校思想政治工作的意见》,将"国际交流合作"与"人才培
[Abstract]:It is helpful to re-understand the strategy of education opening to the outside world by thinking deeply about the function of "International Exchange and Cooperation" in universities. International exchange and cooperation is the inherent demand of university development to a certain stage. Strengthening international exchanges and cooperation will profoundly change the pattern of future development of higher education. The function of university is evolving with the social changes and different missions given by the times. The transcendence of university functions is accompanied by the perfection of the internal governance structure of the university and the new trend of the demand for talents. The CPC Central Committee and the State Council "opinions on strengthening and improving ideological and political work in Colleges and Universities under the New situation", "International Exchange and Cooperation" and "training of talents"
