调整与优化:教育学专业本科人才培养问题研究
[Abstract]:The huge enrollment scale, the worrying training quality and the severe employment situation make the debate of "scrapping" and "standing" about the undergraduate course of pedagogy be endless, so it is urgent to adjust and optimize the training system of undergraduate talents of pedagogy major. Facing the problem of cultivating undergraduate students in pedagogy, we should realize "four changes": from "quantity" to "quality", from "big" to "small", and from "big" to "small". To abolish the sub-categories of pedagogy specialties and concentrate their efforts on special specialties; to change from "specialty" to "specialty", to set up a "innovation class" for scientific research, to train the preparatory army for research in the field of education; and to change from "one" to "more", to innovate the training mode, and to do a good job in service for employment. Build a new model of compound talent cultivation.
