UGS机制下职前教师教育实践课程的设置与实施

【摘要】:基础教育的质量取决于教师教育的质量,优质师资的培养始自良好的职前教育。职前教育为师范生未来的教师专业发展在知识、情感、意志和能力等方面打下了坚实基础。教师专业发展已经成为教师教育改革的国际趋势。教育实践课程是使师范生将教育理论转化为教育实践智慧的重要途径,有利于教师专业发展。文章在全国各高校探索教师教育模式改革和关注职前教师教育实践能力培养的大背景下,以教师实践智慧、协同创新、教师教育一体化为理论基础,挖掘UGS(University Government School,简称UGS)机制下职前教师教育实践课程建构对发展教师教育实践智慧的价值和意义。通过文献梳理,得出我国UGS机制下职前教师教育实践课程的现状;运用问卷法和访谈法对闽南师范大学职前教师教育实践课程进行研究,发现其在UGS机制下职前教师教育实践课程设置(课程目标、课程内容、学时进程安排)与实施(课程实施主体、课程实施过程、课程实施保障)等方面存在的问题,进而分析问题原因,提出改进对策。“高校-政府-中小学”合作进行教师教育已经成为我国许多高校改革的新思路,一方面能够依托UGS平台,创设贴近基础教育现实的教师教育课程;另一方面能够利用UGS平台,实现政府统筹下的高校与中小学合作,解决师范生实习的问题。该UGS合作培养师范生的新机制对职前教师教育实践课程的设置与实施有全方位的促进:从课程标准的制定来看,可以确定教育实践准备、体验和研究全程化的教育实践课程标准;从课程内容的选择来看,可以借助高校与中小学合作平台,选取贴近中小学教育教学实际的课程内容;从课程进程的安排来看,可以采用校内与校外场域交替,集中与分散训练结合,理论课程与实践课程穿插等方式安排课程;从课程评价来看,可以实现高校、政府、中小学多元主体参与下的多样化评价方式;从课程实施保障来看,UGS平台可以在人力、资金、物力和机制等方面为职前教师教育实践课程的实施提供保障和支持。
[Abstract]:The quality of basic education depends on the quality of teacher education. Pre-service education lays a solid foundation for teachers' professional development in knowledge, emotion, will and ability. Teacher professional development has become the international trend of teacher education reform. The curriculum of educational practice is an important way for normal students to transform educational theory into practical wisdom of education, which is beneficial to the professional development of teachers. Under the background of exploring the reform of teacher education mode and paying attention to the cultivation of pre-service teachers' practical ability, the paper takes teachers' practical wisdom, collaborative innovation and integration of teacher education as the theoretical basis. This paper explores the value and significance of pre-service teachers' educational practice curriculum construction in developing teachers' practical wisdom in education under the UGS (University Government School, (UGS) mechanism. By combing the literature, the author finds out the current situation of pre-service teachers' education practice curriculum under the UGS mechanism in China, and studies the practical curriculum of pre-service teachers' education in Minnan normal University by questionnaire and interview. This paper finds out the problems existing in the pre-service teachers' educational practice curriculum setup (curriculum objectives, curriculum content, course process arrangement) and implementation (curriculum implementation subject, curriculum implementation process, curriculum implementation guarantee) under the UGS mechanism. Then the causes of the problem are analyzed, and the improvement countermeasures are put forward. "University-Government-Primary and Middle School" cooperation in teacher education has become a new way of reform in many colleges and universities in China. On the one hand, it can create teacher education courses close to the reality of basic education by relying on the UGS platform; on the other hand, it can make use of the UGS platform. Under the coordination of the government, colleges and universities cooperate with primary and secondary schools to solve the problem of practice for normal students. The new mechanism of UGS cooperation in training normal school students can promote the establishment and implementation of pre-service teachers' educational practice courses in all directions: from the setting of curriculum standards, the preparation for educational practice can be determined. Experience and study the whole process of educational practice curriculum standard; from the selection of curriculum content, we can use the platform of cooperation between universities and primary and secondary schools to select the curriculum content close to the actual education and teaching in primary and secondary schools; from the perspective of the course process, The curriculum can be arranged by means of alternating campus and off-campus field, combining centralized and decentralized training, interlacing theoretical and practical courses, and so on; from the perspective of curriculum evaluation, it can be realized that universities and governments can be realized. From the perspective of curriculum implementation guarantee, the UGS platform can provide guarantee and support for the implementation of pre-service teachers' educational practice curriculum in the aspects of manpower, capital, material resources and mechanism.
