高校思想政治教育激励机制研究

【摘要】：经济全球化波及经济、政治、文化和教育等各个领域,也对思想政治教育产生了前所未有的影响。在西方意识形态强力渗透的国际背景下,我们要坚持用马克思主义占领意识形态占领阵地。这要求思想政治教育的内容、方法、机制要不断创新,以适应全球化发展的需要。我国在市场经济发展过程中,新旧观念的剧烈碰撞与冲突,也强烈的影响着大学生思想观念,增加了思想政治教育复杂性,使思想政治教育工作难度加大。因此,转变思维模式,对高校思想政治教育激励机制进行改革和创新,对于提高大学生思想政治教育的针对性和实效性是非常必要的。建立良好的激励机制,是完成思想政治教育的有效方法和重要途径之一。因此,对激励机制的研究有着重大的现实意义。激励机制主要是心理学、管理学中的重要内容。激励主体运用多种激励手段与激励客体相互作用,充分有效的使用多种手段,以不断的激发人的积极性。实践证明,将激励机制运用在思想政治教育工作中,也能够大大提高思想政治教育工作的效率,同时,良好的激励机制能够科学有效地提高大学生的积极性,激发学生潜在的能力。本文以马克思主义人学理论为指导,以其需要理论为直接立论依据,并借鉴国内外激励理论的有益成分,针对现存的高校激励机制进行分析。首先对于激励机制的内容和意义进行了探索,梳理与总结了现阶段思想政治教育激励机制的国内外研究现状。全文分为三个部分:第一部分揭示了激励与激励机制的意义和内涵,并且阐述了高校思想政治教育中激励机制的作用。第二部分立足于大学生思想政治教育实际,首先阐明了高校思想政治教育中激励机制存在的问题,有激励目标不明确,激励内容有偏差,激励时效不恰当,激励手段不丰富,激励氛围欠佳等问题;其次,深刻分析存在问题的原因,其成因主要教育理念理解偏差,交流沟通环节不通畅,激励策略不够明晰。第三部分结合实际分别从明确正确激励目标、建立良好沟通平台、加强激励的实效性、完善激励机制内容、营造良好激励环境五个方面提出优化策略,以期待对提高高校思想政治教育效果的有所裨益。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization affects the fields of economy, politics, culture and education, and has an unprecedented influence on ideological and political education. Under the international background of strong infiltration of western ideology, we should insist on occupying the position with Marxism. This requires the contents, methods and mechanisms of ideological and political education to be innovated to meet the needs of the development of globalization. In the course of the development of market economy in our country, the violent collision and conflict of new and old ideas also strongly affect the ideological concepts of college students, increase the complexity of ideological and political education, and increase the difficulty of ideological and political education. Therefore, it is necessary to change the mode of thinking and reform and innovate the incentive mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the ideological and political education of college students. To establish a good incentive mechanism is an effective method and an important way to complete ideological and political education. Therefore, the study of incentive mechanism has great practical significance. Incentive mechanism is an important part of psychology and management. The main body of incentive uses a variety of incentive means to interact with the incentive object, and makes full and effective use of a variety of means in order to stimulate people's enthusiasm. Practice has proved that the application of incentive mechanism in ideological and political education can greatly improve the efficiency of ideological and political education, at the same time, a good incentive mechanism can improve the enthusiasm of college students scientifically and effectively. Under the guidance of Marxist theory of human studies and the theory of needs, this paper analyzes the existing incentive mechanism in colleges and universities by referring to the beneficial elements of the incentive theory at home and abroad. First, the content and significance of the incentive mechanism are explored, and the current research status of the incentive mechanism of ideological and political education at home and abroad is summarized. The paper is divided into three parts: the first part reveals the significance and connotation of incentive and incentive mechanism, and expounds the role of incentive mechanism in ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The second part is based on the reality of college students' ideological and political education. Firstly, it illustrates the problems of the incentive mechanism in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities. Secondly, the causes of these problems are deeply analyzed. The main causes are the deviation of educational concepts, the lack of communication and communication, and the lack of clarity of incentive strategies. The third part puts forward the optimization strategy from five aspects: defining the correct motivation target, establishing a good communication platform, strengthening the effectiveness of incentive, perfecting the content of incentive mechanism and creating a good incentive environment.
