【摘要】： 我国的高等职业教育起步较晚,但近年来发展迅速。为了提高高职院校教师队伍整体教学水平和实践操作技能,教育部在全国组织建立了六个高职师资培训基地,全国高职师资现代教育技术专项培训由宁波基地承担。宁波基地自2002年起正式运作,当时建设的教育技术培训大纲和基本网站已不能适应现在的要求,急需大纲课程修改和网站扩展建设。本论文是在充分分析高等职业教育、教育技术和师资培训三部分相关理论基础之后,结合目前我国高等职业教育和师资培训的实际情况,以国内外关于教育技术师资培训内容的大纲、课程和标准作为参考,进行探索和研究的。文中是先根据培训对象的不同基础情况入手,确定以培训者实际单位中工作岗位为标准进行培训级别划分,再根据不同的工作任务和岗位需求确定培训标准并将其细化,最终从能力要求标准建立设计培训大纲和课程体系。整个课程建设和制订过程环环相扣,有理有序。在形成能力标准要求、培训大纲和培训课程之后,运用软件工程的演化过程模型理论来设计开发培训基地网络资源系统。系统开发过程中,首先在原有网站功能模块的基础上,进行系统需求分析,再确定系统的B/S体系结构和功能模块结构,最后用ASP动态网站制作语言进行设计编码。整个网络资源系统开发设计符合软件工程理论,过程严谨。利用培训基地这个平台,对所设计的课程体系和网络资源系统的实践应用,并通过问卷调查、数据统计等多种方式综合分析评价所得成果的实际效果。文中最后对整项工作所取得成果和存在问题作了总结和说明,并对今后系统扩展和补充作了解释。
[Abstract]:China's higher vocational education started late, but has developed rapidly in recent years. In order to improve the overall teaching level and practical operational skills of teachers in higher vocational colleges. The Ministry of Education organized the establishment of six training bases for teachers in higher vocational education nationwide, and the special training of modern educational technology for teachers of higher vocational education in China was undertaken by Ningbo Base, which has been in operation since 2002. This paper is in the full analysis of higher vocational education, educational technology and teacher training three parts of the relevant theoretical basis, combined with the current situation of higher vocational education and teacher training in China. Based on the syllabus, curriculum and standards of educational technology teacher training at home and abroad, this paper explores and researches. In this paper, according to the different basic conditions of the training object, the training level is divided according to the standard of the job in the actual unit of the trainer. Then according to different job tasks and job needs to determine the training standards and refine them, finally from the competency requirements to establish a design training outline and curriculum system. The whole course construction and development process is linked together. Rational order. After forming the capability standard requirement, training outline and training course, using the evolution process model theory of software engineering to design and develop the network resource system of training base. Firstly, on the basis of the original website function module, the system requirement analysis is carried out, and then the B / S system structure and the function module structure of the system are determined. Finally, the ASP dynamic website language is used to design and code the whole network resource system, which accords with the theory of software engineering and the process is rigorous. Using the platform of the training base, the practical application of the designed curriculum system and network resource system, and through the questionnaire survey. In this paper, the results and problems of the whole work are summarized and explained, and the system expansion and supplement in the future are explained.
