教育资源分布式配送与调度算法研究

【摘要】： 随着计算机与信息技术的迅猛发展,人类进入了信息化时代。教育信息化将信息作为教育系统的一种基本构成要素,在教育领域全面深入地运用现代化信息技术来促进教育改革和教育发展过程。教育信息化的结果必然形成一种全新教育形态:信息化教育。教育资源作为教育信息化建设的核心,在提高教育教学质量,挖掘教育发展潜力上发挥着重要的作用。 1999年,教育部成立了现代远程教育资源库开发领导小组,起草了《全国远程教育资源建设规划》,随后又组织制定了《现代远程教育工程教育资源建设技术规范》(试行),从而引发了教育资源开发与研究的热潮。近几年来出现了一批专门从事资源建设的公司和研究团体,从资源的设计开发到管理应用初步形成了规范的运行模式。经过多年的发展,各方面都取得了一定的成效,在一定程度上缓解了教育资源紧缺的情况。但是,教育资源建设并不是一步到位,而是一个“缺失—供给—平衡—缺失—供给……”不断循环的动态过程,它和整个教育的发展是相辅相成的。另外,基础教育领域正由过去大纲指导下的全国统编教材,转为课程标准指导下的多样化教材,随着各种各样教材的陆续出现,以及师生个性化解读的增多,必然会催生出众多个性化的教育资源。再加上新课程标准和新教材的推行,要求及时、优质地推出符合新课程标准和新教材的资源。因此,教育资源建设应该不断完善和更新,以适应时代发展要求,长期稳定的不断更新与维护是教育资源具有持久生命力的保障。随着资源建设研究机构的新资源不断积累和资源用户群的日益增大,目前教育资源建设存在一个明显的问题:新资源不能及时更新到资源用户端而资源用户又迫切的需求新资源。如何实现有效的资源配送已成为当前教育资源建设中一个亟待解决的问题,是制约教育资源建设和教育信息化进一步发展的瓶颈。针对现存资源配送中所存在的一些问题,本文提出了教育资源分布式配送系统(Education Resources Distributed Delivery System, ERDDS),系统采用了基于调度服务器的分布式结构,每个分布式配送中心都可以在调度服务器的支配下独立向资源用户提供个性化的配送服务。在系统中采用了个性化服务机制,一方面根据资源用户基本信息采用基于规则的推荐技术,有效的实现了信息化平台新用户的个性化初始资源选择;另一方面根据用户兴趣信息采用基于内容和协作的混合推荐技术,有效的实现了信息化平台老用户的个性化更新资源选择。在资源的个性化配送过程中,提出了基于背景和时态的向量空间模型(Background and Tense Vector Space Model, BTVSM)的用户兴趣表示方法,以及基于背景和认知水平的向量空间模型(Background and Cognitive Level Vector Space Model, BCLVSM)的资源描述表示方法。系统采用了决策树、模糊匹配与推理以及蚁群聚类等作为个性化服务的支撑技术。此外,在调度服务器中采用了基于蚁群算法的任务调度优化,有效的解决了资源用户群与分布式配送中心之间的分配问题,从而实现了系统负载平衡。最后通过模拟对比实验,证实了教育资源分布式配送系统的有效性。随着系统的实际应用将会形成一个全新的、有效的资源配送服务体系,所以本系统具有很大的使用价值和推广意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer and information technology , human has entered the information age . The information of education uses modern information technology to promote the process of educational reform and education development . In 1999 , the Ministry of Education has set up a leading group for the development of modern distance education resources library , drafted the plan for the construction of educational resources of distance education in China . With the increasing accumulation of new resources and the increasing of resource users , there is a clear problem in the construction of educational resources : the new resources cannot be updated to the resource users in time and the resource users need new resources in time . How to realize effective resource distribution has become an urgent problem in the construction of educational resources , which is the bottleneck which restricts the construction of education resources and the further development of education informationization . In order to solve some problems existing in the distribution of resources , this paper puts forward the distributed structure of Education Resources Distributed Delivery System ( ERDDS ) . Each distributed distribution center can provide personalized distribution service independently to the resource users under the control of the dispatching server . Finally , through the simulation comparison experiment , the effectiveness of the distributed distribution system of educational resources is confirmed . As the practical application of the system will form a new and effective system of resources distribution service , the system has great use value and popularization significance .
