【摘要】: 作为援藏教育的一种特殊形式,内地西藏班(校)已经开办了20多年。20多年来,数以万计的西藏学生前往内地城市求学,接受了不同层次的教育。内地西藏班(校)的开办为西藏培养了大量的急需人才,对西藏的社会、经济发展做出了积极的贡献。本文所研究的对象就是上海市行政管理学校西藏班中专毕业生这一特殊群体。笔者通过对毕业生的访谈和问卷调查等形式,用质的研究方法探讨了这一特殊群体的生涯发展的动力机制。 本文分六个章节。 第一章导论,主要论述了选题的缘由、西藏地区教育的研究现状和本文所采用的研究方法。 第二章主要叙述了援藏教育的相关背景、政策措施和对该校开设内地西藏班的历程和毕业生的基本情况。 第三章重点研究了毕业生小A的生涯历程。通过对他的求学经历、职业生涯中的重要事件的分析,论述了这一类型的毕业生群体的生涯发展动力,同时通过这个个案探讨了援藏教育的意义和影响。 第四章通过毕业生小B的个案,展现了这个特殊群体中的女性所走过的不平坦的生涯道路,探讨内地西藏班的经历对西藏女性在工作、家庭和生活上所产生的影响,以及女性在生涯发展道路上所面对的特殊困难,由此探寻出她们生涯发展的动力。 第五章重点研究了两位毕业生小C和小D的生涯历程,同样对他们求学和职业生涯中的重要事件进行了分析,探讨与前者不同类型的毕业生群体的生涯发展动力。 第六章总结了本研究的主要发现,分析了该校西藏班毕业生生涯发展的基本路径及影响他们生涯发展的重要因素,并对本研究作了进一步的反思和展望。
[Abstract]:As a special form of education in Tibet, Tibet mainland class (school) has opened 20 years.20 years, tens of thousands of mainland students to Tibet city school, received different levels of education in Tibet. The inland class (school) for training a large number of talents for the society in Tibet, Tibet, made the the positive contribution to the economic development of this special group. The object of this study is Shanghai City Administration of Tibet school class graduates. Through the form of graduates interview and questionnaire survey, using qualitative research methods to explore the dynamic mechanism of this special group of career development.
This article is divided into six chapters.
The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly discusses the origin of the topic, the present research status of education in Tibet and the research methods used in this article.
The second chapter mainly describes the background of Tibet education, the basic situation of policy measures and the creation of the Tibet mainland class of the school of history and graduates.
The third chapter focuses on the career development of graduates A. Based on his study experience, analysis of important events in the occupation career, discussed the types of groups of graduates dynamic career development, and through the case study of the significance and influence of Tibet education.
The fourth chapter through the case of graduates of small B, demonstrated this special group of women through the bumpy road of Tibet mainland career, the class experience for women working in Tibet, the impact of family and life, and women face special difficulties in life on the road of development, thus to explore the power their career development.
The fifth chapter focuses on the career development of two graduates, small C and little D, and also analyzes the important events in their schooling and career, and explores the driving force of their career development with different types of graduates.
The sixth chapter summarizes the main findings of this study, analyzes the basic path of career development of Tibet class graduates and the important factors that influence their career development, and makes further reflection and prospect for this research.
