【摘要】: 现代教育技术的广泛应用是教育现代化的一个重要标志,是现代科学技术和社会发展对教育的要求,是教育改革和发展的需要。西藏地处祖国西南边陲,处于维护祖国统一、反对民族分裂和保障国家安全的前沿。由于受自然、历史、文化和社会发展等各种因素的影响,教育的发展严重滞后于祖国内地和其他少数民族。所以了解西藏民族地区中小学现代教育技术应用的现状与问题,寻求推进西藏民族地区现代教育技术应用发展的道路,特别是通过应用现代教育技术实现教育资源共享,把发达地区的优质网络教学资源输送到落后的民族地区,对于民族地区中小学教育教学改革和发展有着重要的战略意义。 拉萨教育是西藏教育的龙头,是西藏教育的重要组成部分,全面提升拉萨教育的水平,是巩固祖国边疆、维护祖国统一的重要手段之一。 本研究主要根据国家教育发展对现代教育技术的要求,通过问卷调查、深度访谈等方法,以拉萨市普通中学为突破口,探讨现代教育技术应用过程中出现的问题。从实际问题入手,分析导致问题产生的原因,提出解决问题的对策,从而推动拉萨市普通中学现代教育技术的广泛应用。 首先,笔者从学校现代教育技术环境建设、教师现代教育技术应用现状和教师现代教育技术能力培训情况三个维度,对拉萨市12所普通中学现代教育技术应用的现状进行抽样调查。 其次,笔者从以上三个维度的不同层面深入剖析调查结果,归纳总结影响因素:观念因素、经济因素、培训因素、能力因素和其他因素(技术恐惧及心理上的惰性、宗教的排他性) 最后,基于建构主义理论,结合拉萨市民族地区的实际情况和中学现代教育技术应用中出现的问题,笔者从8个方面提出以下建议: 1.提高认识,更新观念。 2.多途径筹措资金,加强现代教育技术环境建设。 3.加强师资培训,提高教师应用技能。 4.规范管理,建立良好运行机制。 5.鼓励外援内建,促进现代教育技术网络资源库的建立。 6.加强课堂教学中常规教学媒体与现代教学媒体的结合。 7.正确对待国家倾斜政策,以质量求发展。 8.提高教师地位和待遇,稳定师资队伍。
[Abstract]:The extensive application of modern educational technology is an important symbol of educational modernization, a requirement for education by modern science, technology and social development, and a need for educational reform and development.Tibet is located in the southwestern border of the motherland and is in a position to safeguard the reunification of the motherland. Opposing ethnic divisions and safeguarding the frontiers of national security. Due to the influence of various factors, such as nature, history, culture and social development, The development of education seriously lags behind that of the mainland of the motherland and other ethnic minorities. Therefore, we should understand the current situation and problems of the application of modern educational technology in primary and secondary schools in Tibetan minority areas, and seek the way to promote the development of modern educational technology in Tibetan minority areas. Especially, it is of great strategic significance for the reform and development of primary and secondary education in minority areas to realize the sharing of educational resources through the application of modern educational technology and to transfer the high-quality network teaching resources of developed areas to the backward minority areas. Education in Lhasa is the leading part of education in Tibet and an important part of education in Tibet. To comprehensively raise the level of education in Lhasa is one of the important means to consolidate the border areas of the motherland and safeguard the reunification of the motherland. According to the requirements of national education development for modern educational technology, this study takes Lhasa ordinary middle school as a breakthrough through questionnaire survey, in-depth interview and other methods. This paper discusses the problems in the application of modern educational technology, analyzes the causes of the problems, and puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems, so as to promote the extensive application of modern educational technology in Lhasa City. First of all, the author from the school modern education technology environment construction, the teacher modern education technology application present situation and the teacher modern education technology ability training situation three dimensions, The application of modern educational technology in 12 middle schools in Lhasa was investigated. Secondly, the author analyzes the investigation results from different levels of the above three dimensions and summarizes the influencing factors: concept factor, economic factor, training factor, ability factor and other factors (technical fear and psychological inertia). Exclusiveness of religion). Finally, based on the constructivism theory, combined with the actual situation of Lhasa minority areas and the problems in the application of modern educational technology in middle schools, the author puts forward the following suggestions from eight aspects:. 1. Raising awareness and renewing ideas. 2. Raise funds through various channels to strengthen the construction of modern educational technology environment. 3. Strengthen teacher training and improve teachers' applied skills. 4. Standardize management and establish good operation mechanism. 5. To encourage the establishment of foreign aid and to promote the establishment of a network of modern educational technology resources. 6. Strengthen the combination of conventional teaching media and modern teaching media in classroom teaching. 7. Correct treatment of the national policy and development by quality. 8. Improving the status and treatment of teachers and stabilizing the teaching staff.
