基于网络的教育实习平台探究

【摘要】: 随着教师专业化发展要求的确立,世界各国都高度重视教育实习,希望借助教育实习跨越教师教育中理论与实践的鸿沟。本论文立足于高师院校的实际情况,通过比较分析国内外教育实习的主要形式,考察网络应用于教师教育的理论与实践,探究一种基于网络的师范生教育实习平台,促进老师与学生、学生与学生间的交流和知识传递以及学生的自我反思,形成一个学习共同体,更好的辅助和促进教育实习。 本论文重点论述的内容包括以下章节: 第一章引言介绍了本平台的研究背景,并提出了基于网络的教育实习平台的初步构想,然后对研究目标和研究方法做了说明。 第二章对教育实习的现状进行了分析,主要介绍了教师教育、教育实习的概念,分析了国内外教育实习的近况比较及我国教育实习面临的挑战等问题。 第三章介绍了构建基于网络的教育实习平台的理论依据,探寻了隐性知识的由来以及基本理论,分析了教师实践性知识与教师培养的关系以及反思的概念与反思途径。 第四章根据前一章的相关理论对教育实习平台的主要模块进行分析,主要是教学录像模块和博客模块。 第五章平台的设计实现与评价,分别介绍了教育实习平台的工作原理、总体结构、功能模块、技术实现方法和开发的关键技术,最后通过应用案例结合调查报告进行评价。 最后总结了此次研究的成果,然后分析了研究中存在的问题及对未来的展望。
[Abstract]:With the establishment of teachers' professional development, countries all over the world attach great importance to educational practice, hoping to bridge the gap between theory and practice in teacher education with the help of educational practice. This paper is based on the actual situation of normal colleges and universities, by comparing and analyzing the main forms of educational practice at home and abroad, investigating the theory and practice of applying network to teacher education, and exploring a kind of education practice platform for normal students based on network. To promote communication and knowledge transfer between teachers and students, students and self-reflection, to form a learning community, to better assist and promote educational practice. The main content of this thesis includes the following chapters: the first chapter introduces the research background of the platform, and puts forward the preliminary conception of the web-based education practice platform, and then explains the research objectives and research methods. The second chapter analyzes the current situation of educational practice, mainly introduces the concept of teacher education and educational practice, analyzes the recent situation comparison of educational practice at home and abroad and the challenges faced by educational practice in China. The third chapter introduces the theoretical basis of constructing web-based educational practice platform, explores the origin and basic theory of tacit knowledge, and analyzes the relationship between teachers' practical knowledge and teacher's training, the concept of reflection and the way of reflection. The fourth chapter analyzes the main modules of the educational practice platform according to the related theories in the previous chapter, mainly teaching video module and blog module. The fifth chapter is the design and evaluation of the platform. It introduces the working principle, the overall structure, the function module, the technical realization method and the key technology of the platform. Finally, the application case is used to evaluate the platform combined with the investigation report. Finally, this paper summarizes the results of this study, and then analyzes the existing problems and prospects for the future.
