教育弹性研究及其启示

【摘要】：教育弹性是弹性研究领域中的一个子领域,研究者们曾从个人、环境等方面考察了教育弹性的影响因素,并提出了"弹性环"的作用模式,"弹性环"模式显示了弹性发展过程的次序性和循环性,对教育弹性的干预研究也取得了一定的进展。教育弹性的提出充分体现了积极发展观,在这方面的研究对教育问题的解决、教育资源的管理、弱势儿童群体的弹性发展等问题都有启发意义。
[Abstract]:Educational elasticity is a sub-field in the field of elastic research. Researchers have examined the influence factors of educational elasticity from the aspects of individual and environment, and put forward the mode of "elastic loop". The "elastic ring" model shows the order and circularity of the elastic development process, and some progress has been made in the study of educational elasticity. The proposal of educational elasticity fully embodies the positive development view. The research in this field has enlightening significance to the solution of educational problems, the management of educational resources, the flexible development of vulnerable children and so on.
