教师教育发展面临的挑战及其对策

【摘要】:当今世界各国为解决现代学校教育面临的各种问题,都把师资队伍建设视为教育事业发展的关键。为了提高中小学教育质量以及优化师资队伍,大家都清醒地认识到,必须从教师的培养、任用、进修各个阶段有连贯性地提高现代教师的专业水平和资质能力,即从终身学习理念出发,有机地统合教师的职前培养教育和在职培训进修,使两者在"教师教育"概念上得以融合与升华,这是各国教育改革的主要目标,也是走进21世纪提高教师专业水平和优化师资队伍的显著特征。上海师范大学正在加强国际交流,力图推进具有中国特色的教师教育改革,在2007年11月就积极参与以及组织举办三个很有影响力的教师教育国际研讨会和全国教师教育学术年会。本刊登载这三个研讨会的综述,以飨读者。
[Abstract]:In order to solve all kinds of problems faced by modern school education in the world today, the construction of teaching staff is regarded as the key to the development of education. In order to improve the quality of education in primary and secondary schools and to optimize the teaching staff, it is clear to all that the professional level and qualifications of modern teachers must be improved consistently at all stages of teacher training, appointment and further education, That is, starting from the concept of lifelong learning, we should integrate teachers' pre-service education and on-the-job training and further education organically, so that they can be integrated and sublimated in the concept of "teacher education", which is the main goal of educational reform in various countries. It is also a remarkable characteristic of improving teachers' professional level and optimizing teaching staff in the 21st century. Shanghai normal University is strengthening international exchanges in an effort to promote the reform of teacher education with Chinese characteristics. In November 2007, active participation and organization of three very influential international seminars on teacher education and the National academic Conference on teacher Education. A summary of the three seminars is published in this magazine for readers.
