四川5．1 2灾后中小学重建设计的实践与思考

【摘要】："5.12"地震给四川地区众多城镇乡村的中小学校舍造成严重破坏。目前灾后重建工作全面展开,首批中小学重建工程已经开始启动,学校的建设将改善受灾地区的办学条件,重新调整和分配原有城乡教育资源的配置。重建过程中政府与民间力量的共存,资金与建设渠道的多元化,为建筑师参与实践提供了多种机遇与可能。文章分析了设计过程面临的诸如用地资源、建设标准、建设周期等问题,提出在中小学重建过程中采用实地调研的工作方法,尊重当地现实条件,并合理借鉴台湾、日本等地的成功经验。设计上采取结合地域性的策略,延续地方建筑文化与传统,积极推广生态环保的建筑材料与技术,为灾后重建提供示范性的样板与方向。
[Abstract]:The "5.12" earthquake in Sichuan area to many towns and villages in the primary and secondary schools to cause serious damage. The reconstruction work in full swing, has started the first school reconstruction project in primary and secondary schools, the construction of the affected areas will improve school conditions, re adjustment and distribution of the original urban and rural education resources allocation. The coexistence of power government and civil reconstruction process the diversification of the funds and the construction of channels, offers a variety of opportunities and possible for architects involved in practice. This paper analyzes the design process of challenges such as land resources, construction standards, construction period and other issues, put forward with the methods of field research in the process of reconstruction in primary and secondary schools, respect the local actual conditions, and reasonable use of Taiwan and the successful experience of Japan. The design combines the regional strategy, the continuation of local architectural culture and tradition, actively promote ecological environmental protection building materials Materials and technologies provide exemplary templates and directions for post disaster reconstruction.
