和平教育论纲

【摘要】： 战争与和平是人类社会一个永恒的话题,是历史与现实的坐标中永不会消失的亮点。上个世纪两次世界大战给人类造成了深重的灾难,导致人们和平理想的破灭。当战争结束的时候,人类再次反思战争,思考如何才能避免下一次战争。人们把希望寄托于教育,希冀通过教育实现人们心中永远的和平。联合国教科文组织为了尽快让这个主题得以实现做出了不懈的努力,推动其成员国开展和平教育,现今许多国家都已把和平教育作为本国教育的基本理念之一。本文试图对和平教育问题进行比较系统的探讨。全文共分为四个部分。第一部分从和平教育的理论与现实缘起入手,简要介绍了国内外和平教育的研究概况,阐述了本文研究的目的、意义与方法。第二部分论述了和平教育的内涵、特征、基础与功能等。本文所说的和平教育是指狭义的和平教育,即学校根据一定的社会要求,教授和平理论,阐述冲突化解理论,传播和平知识与和平文化、提高人们的和平意识及和平素养、塑造和平文明的教育;和平教育具有跨学科、多维度层面和理论联系实际等特征;本部分还阐述了和平教育的理论与实践基础,分析了和平教育的社会功能与个体功能;第三部分回顾了和平教育的产生与发展历程,评介了国内外和平教育的开展情况以及当前和平教育面临的机遇与挑战;第四部分从和平教育的课程与教材建设、和平教育的方法、教师和平素养的提高、和平教育的国际交流等几个方面提出了加强和平教育的对策建议。
[Abstract]:War and peace is an eternal topic in human society and a bright spot in the coordinates of history and reality. The two world wars of the last century caused great disaster to mankind, resulting in the disillusionment of people's ideal of peace. When the war was over, man again reflected on the war and thought about how to avoid the next war. People place their hopes on education and hope to achieve eternal peace through education. UNESCO has made unremitting efforts to realize this theme as soon as possible, and promoted the peace education in its member countries. Nowadays, many countries have regarded peace education as one of the basic concepts of their own education. This paper attempts to make a systematic discussion on the issue of peace education. The full text is divided into four parts. The first part starts with the origin of the theory and reality of peace education, briefly introduces the research situation of peace education at home and abroad, and expounds the purpose, significance and method of this study. The second part discusses the connotation, characteristics, foundation and function of peace education. Peace education in this paper refers to the narrow sense of peace education, that is, schools teach the theory of peace according to certain social requirements, expound the theory of conflict resolution, spread the knowledge and culture of peace, and improve people's consciousness and accomplishment of peace. This part also expounds the theory and practice foundation of peace education, and analyzes the social function and individual function of peace education. The third part reviews the emergence and development of peace education, and reviews the development of peace education at home and abroad, as well as the opportunities and challenges facing peace education. The methods of peace education, the improvement of teachers' peace literacy and the international exchange of peace education are put forward.
